Do not ever use this company. When you miss a payment, they threaten to send debt collector to your home. You email them and call them, nobody to answer email or call you back. Worst company ever.
I have fallen behind due to personal circumstances..I sent an email prior to the missed payment to advise this company..every day I receive threatening emails from them..everyday I reply with a suggested repayment plan..I have NEVER received an email back from them in response to my replies..just the same threatening emails..and there is never an answer when calling the number on their emails...I advise not to use this company ever ...I will be making a harassment complaint against them as they will not acknowledge my replies..I am working to pay back the loan but impossible when your company refuses to communicate...terrible service
Miss 1 payment, they will harass you and threaten you. I have medical issues im dealing with and they were very rude. Not willing to work with a person at all. I was in a desperate situation and regret using them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
