Easy to use platform. Excellent coaching team.

SmartCharts is a user friendly platform, easy to use and quite intuitive. The support team is always available and quick to help you with any issues. The coaches are very knowledgeable and various times a day there are classes, live events and opportunities to ask questions and learn. Beside of the live events there are quite a few recorded classes on various subjects, that I can watch on my on schedule. Excellent customer service, fantastic product.

Great Service

I was immediately responded to with a Login issue. It was resolved very quickly by Roland whom was very knowledgeable with an awesome personal presence.
Helpful with all aspects required & more for me to move forward with my Smart Charts experience.

I find the tool very intuitive to use

I find the tool very intuitive to use. There are many features and it does take some time to get to grips with them. But in general it is better to have more features than you will use rather than less.
I am enjoying using this and more importantly learning to be a better trader using analysis.

I contacted support by email, as I was having a problem with access.
Adelyn responded very quickly and gave me a few things to try and soon had me back up and running.

SmartCharts is well organised with lots of daily and monthly web meetings that you can attend, these meetings are well structured, helpful and there is plenty of support for beginners and more experienced traders alike.
Customer and technical support is readily available with friendly helpful people you can actually get hold off, a good experience all round.

I can tell that I am in the right path

I can tell that I am in the right path, everyone from the coach , mentor up to the staff was so accommodating, welcoming and encouraging.

I don’t really have no idea about what I’m stepping into, but with the team and coaching strategies I understand and starting to learn.

I want to thank Adelyn and Candise for looking after me today, they have been very nice about me, they are so knowledgeable about their job, well trained and respectful, and also I want to mention Crystil Diane and Ken who was been there when I was been starting on my 1st day. Thank you guys, without your assistance I wouldn’t be able to make it to my first step.
They’ve been so good , very supportive and helpful to my concerns. BRILLIANT,,Hats off to the SMARTCHARTS TEAM , they are the best, I will recommend them wherever I may go. So easy to use and understand .

Roland was very helpful and patient…

Considering I have been with…

Considering I have been with smartcharts for just on 4 months, so far to date, I have not had any issues nor can I fault these guys.
There is a bucket load of resources available on line to refresh what you have learnt during on line classes, so at the end of the day, your results are a direct reflection of your personal commitmtents.

Logging into my account.Whenever I have encountered login…

Whenever I have encountered login issues to my charting software, I have always been helped promptly to rectify the problem.
The coaches are down to earth and helpful in any way they can to help you move forward in learning To Trade successfully.
