I had a new hard drive fitted in my laptop. I am very satisfied with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend Smart Computer sin Keynsham.
All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

The team were polite and knowledgeable and they responded to my repair very quickly.

My PC had a disk which wouldn't boot which they were able to fix for me.

I contacted Smart Computers after I had been scammed and took my laptop in for action on clearing the traces, and ensuring safety and security for the future. The process was clearly explained on the phone, with associated costs and timescale for the work. I took the laptop in on the Thursday morning and it was ready by Friday, with everything completed extremely well. I feel comfortable using my laptop again after Smart Computers help, work and advice. Would definitely recommend them.

Great service, after being given the advice from 2 previous phone calls to buy another, I made a quick call to Smart Computers, they gave me a estimate over the phone and asked me to bring my laptop in anytime. I did and within 24 hours I had a voicemail to say it was ready! Picked it up, cracked screen replaced. Fantastic😃

What a relief! Our existing laptop died and I didn't know what to replace it with so I went to Smart computers to ask for their advice. Following a discussion regardimg what we needed the replacement to do they recommended a suitable machine, and since I had no knowledge of how to transfer the data from the old to the new they offered to do it. We have been very pleased with the result and with the service and backup we have received. What a result!

Smart Computers Bristol is a well established business providing a number of computer services. Five years ago they built me a desktop pc which has been 100% reliable and probably the best pc I have owned in the last 25 years. Recently they upgraded the C drive and increased the RAM which has made it more efficient and restored its speed which had dropped off with the larger image files I now work with.
Their staff are knowledgable, helpful and courteous. They completed the job speedily and did not exceed their quote which in my opinion was reasonable.
I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use their services again. Gordon Wilcock

I am not IT literate, I just use computers. So when wishing to buy two of my grandchildren a reconditioned laptop each.
I chose to go to Smart computers in Keynsham initially because it was convenient but eventually my choice allowed a very professional company and a very efficient staff member to prove that such an independent business can deliver much better service than the 'big sheds'.
The staff member took time with me and my granddaughter to ensure the correct choice, carried out the download for the Microsoft account for both and the download of the Norton protection.
This was a stressless purchase and I would recommend Smart Computers to anyone needing personal service from very professional staff.

Delighted by the HP laptop I bought this week from Smart Computers where I have shopped previously. As always, a sense of expert advice and quick, friendly service. Privileged to have local access to this shop.

Don’t care that I had to drive 45 minutes to and from, smart computers were brilliant. Staff clearly knew their stuff and we’re able to diagnose my computers problem and even made some recommendations to me which I have done. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help. 👍
