Great Personnel at SmartCruiser
I have a great travel agent, Patti, with SmartCruiser. She has handled every weird thing I have come up with. It always works out and she goes above and beyond, even when I am being dense. I booked a shore excursion and then the stop at that port was canceled by the cruise line. I called in a panic and the customer service person was terrific (sorry I can't remember her name). I have nothing but high praise for the SmartCruiser personnel who have taken care of me.

Best Website, Best Prices, Excellent HUMAN Customer Service
I was quite impressed with the site and the customer service. I checked prices on pretty much every service and this this one had the easiest interface, clearest pricing, and actually the best prices as well. The other sites really put me off a lot with deceptive "up to x%" cash back schemes that made it impossible to know what the real cost is.
What really impressed me, though, was the customer service. I had trouble getting the booking to process so I used the instant message help desk. Even though it was not during business hours a helpful rep picked it up and sorted it out for me, which included calling me in Japan. That was such a great help.
