It is with great disappointment that I am choosing to write this review of a site that I honestly LIKE & have used often. The site is EBAY.
In late April, 2020, I purchased a 5mm David Yurman Blue Topaz Cuff Bracelet for my sister's birthday in early October. I have purchased other DY bracelets, as well as other items from the site. Never any issues. Regrettably, not this go round.
My sister called me several days ago, showing me the pictures of her entirely rusted bracelet. David Yurman jewelry is finely made and never, never oxidizes! Imagine my shock and disappointment! I immediately began calling this site's Customer Service number. Another wildly disappointing effort. An automated voice redirected me to go online and lodge my concerns. I attempted to complete everything that I was told, however, nothing worked! I located my recent purchases and found the bracelet that I had bought for my sister - while all my other purchases had order number's, the David Yurman bracelet did not. I realized at this time that I had no options. It was far too late to ask for a refund, and it was a " NO WIN" situation in holding this seller accountable for scamming me the buyer! Buyers BEWARE : Keep your order #'s of items purchased from Ebay for at least a year. Should the item be defective, you'll want to contact Ebay and the seller to ask for a refund and to return the item. I will think twice about buying from this site in the future.

I was banned from this site for commenting on people’s reviews about a particular company...when someone’s facts were incorrect...because the polices they were stating (about this particular company) were actually false...this company that was being reviewed were being blamed for many things that anyone with half a brain could see wasn’t the company’s fault. I don’t know why SiteJabber would do this, (ban me) other than if they are wanting incorrect information / reviews on their page to purposely keep a company down for some reason. I emailed their support team to ask them questions about as to why I’d be banned from their site. I did not comment explicitly, nor was I rude to anyone in particular. My opinion is just as important as the next persons, and if I’m purely correcting someone with the CORRECT company policy, when did that become a crime. People need to read the fine print or have their facts straight before reviewing a company in the first place. There are so many people that want to blame a company for their own wrongdoing.. and that’s what I was seeing. Therefore people who decide to troll a company because they don’t have common sense....should probably be corrected for the sake of the company?

Allows others to post fake reviews. You cannot contact them to appeal this. They let someone leave a fake review who actually admit in their review they are not even a customer. Yet they let them post. They do t check. Infact they don’t even check their own reviews They just copy reviews from other sites with no varifacation. You cannot reply on this site for actual reviews. Shame they act this way.

This is my edited review because I initially received a wrong product. After several back and forth emails with customer service department, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. It didn’t take as long for the correct painting to arrive as the first one and it was packaged and handled with care. I paid extra for stretching upgrade so I wouldn’t have to worry about it later, which ended up being a good decision.
Trying to leave a review of imeidoctor.com and cannot do it. Tried multiple times with no luck. That's a very big scamming site and though they have a good rating on their site. How can that be, here on trustpilot they do a lot worse.

My credit card was refused mistakenly, Elia, the customer service on chatting, helped me a lot.
She was very patient with me and finally, problem solved. Thank you Elia
This is a very good and trustworthy site. Many of the complaints about it comes from misunderstanding of how this site works. Let me give you an example. Someone complained about their password being changed. This may happen if you respond to a sitejabber query through a third party. Like some outfit you bought from and asked for feedback. Then, a password may be generated for you. It's easy to correct. I contacted sitejabber customer service, explained the problem and they replied explaining what had happened and with a new password that I changed next time I logged in. As for not posting positive reviews, I disagree. I posted some and they did appear. The fact that they ask about proof of purchase or other pictures related to the review shows that they are interested in genuine cases. Now if you can't provide this and complain that your review is not posted, well....

I greatly prefer this site over sitejabber which is either not well made or has very biased and/or hateful people that manage the website. I went to leave a review of a different company and I couldn't login. I do not know the exact source of this glitch or whatever you want to call it. But believe it or not, I have had experiences with web companies that play hateful games with their users/customers (in the somewhat more distant past). So I chalk this up to either sheer incompetence or outright bias as I haven't had much problem with other websites recently. I do not recommend it to anyone. And yes, I am posting a review on a review site about a bad review site. The world can be a ridiculous place.
so I might expand on this later....
but basically 2 things:
1) the view count on SJ is false. it's wrong. the view count will increase before your review goes live, and will also increase when your review is not publically visible.
2) importantly, SJ shadow censors. your reviews and comments will/might only be visible from your own login. log out, and they won't exist publically.
internet tip: when you submit content anywhere, log out and check your content is still visible.

Its a data aggregation site - be prepared to get spammed.once i posted my review on sitejabber i got a flurry of spam. i know this because i created a single email for sitejabber.com reviews. also, they require your mobile phone number - that tells you they are not interested in your reviews but really your personal data.

Hmmm...when I publish negative reviews on this site, they get published. When I post positive ones, I can't seem to find them. It appears they weren't published. What is this organization's business model? It is really to inform people of positive and negative experiences with businesses? Or is there a more sinister objective at play? I heard from a friend that this company publishes negative reviews, boosts the SEO of their site in search results, and then holds the company's reputation hostage in exchange for a fee. Not very credible to say the least. I'm reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau.

Excellent trustworthy review site designed for the costumers not the company's. staff are easy to work with and always reply quickly and to the best of their ability Sitejabber doesn't have the same laws or stiff rules Trustpilot has where the company's clearly manipulate this to their benefit. No give me Sitejabber any day over Trustpilot who i don't trust at all.
