We have been using Smarter Mortgages for many years for our personal property and our growing rental business portfolio. A lot of our mortgage renewals have been an easy switch but our most recent mortgage was very complicated. Stuart and his team worked hard, had a lot of patience and despite the many hurdles it took, they made it happen. Stuart and his team are very professional, friendly and keep us updated throughout the whole process. We will continue to use Smarter Mortgages and highly recommend them.

Having used Stuart on my last 3 purchases I can confirm he is friendly, communicative, and efficient. On our recent purchase, Stuart had the application filled out and a hard offer in hand within 7 working days. Any queries were sent to me within the hour from the lender and responded to straight away.

Its the first time I have used Adam - First class service from start to finish

Adam is a GEM. Through the months of stress that is buying a house, he was the most responsive, helpful, and utterly lovely person to work with.

Though we had a slightly complicated situation and stamp duty to beat, Adam provided us great advice and daily updates, and was always on the other end of the phone for any questions.

No doubt we will be working with Adam again (it was genuinely a pleasure).

Richard and Jayne were a pleasure to work with the whole way through. Always available to talk things through with a phone call and deffinatly helped keep this as stress free a process as possible. The stamp duty deadline was beaten thanks to their help. I look forward to working with them again.
