Just what I needed without having to pay full price for a phone I rarely use.

I got my phone 3 days after I ordered it and everything was great!! I would highly recommend ordering a phone from here and I'm glad I didn't let a few sketchy reviews sway me. It's a very good product!

Great shipping and customer service and nice product.

Sent me 2 international phones that did not work on verizon network as stated. Cost me $84.65 in charges with carrier because of 3 week delay trying to get me the advertised phone. Bought a phone from a different company had the correct phone in 3 days. Smarter will never get my business again.

Good quality, my iPhone seems new. However, I find regrettable the fact that the earphones aren’t gave with the phone.

Smarter Phone have a great range of reconditioned phones. We have now bought 3 and are happy with all of them. The description of the phones you buy is honest. Would definitely recommend buying your next phone from them.

I had to send my phone back 2x already because is freeze up. I can't dial out or receive call. and other things I am disappointed with the phone.

Ordered two iPads air. Both times they sent the wrong item.

They are a con. They sent me a phone with the screen already cracked. I have been back and forth with them regarding a replacement. But they keep doing is blaming the courier. I will never buy from them again and so if you don’t take my word you will learn the hard way. STAY AWAY for your own good. Still have the cracked screen phone.

Poor experience with Smarter. 2 phones sent : 2 useless phones.
Bad chat service who replies with automatic sentences.
1st phone: 128go ordered, 64go received. Smarter proposed to keep the phone with a voucher of 10€... i thought it was a joke but no.
Then the second phone was useless because a paper was stuck inside the sim rack !! They don’t verify any phone before sending them to customers. It’s a SHAME. I had to open a litigation with PayPal to get a free label to send back the second phone. .. never order with Smarter if you want a quality product and work.

I had a great experience the first time I purchased a phone for my wife. I was hoping for the same experience when purchasing mine. I was told it was unlocked but it was actually locked to Verizon. After calling Smarter and not getting much help initially I called Verizon and was told the phone was showing as a reporting missing phone. After sending it back to Smarter I received a phone that had a broken home button which made the Touch ID function unusable. During the month or so dealing with Smarter and trying to remedy the issue I never felt they cared about my experience. I will never purchased another item from their site.

I was sent an unrecognizable device twice! I was very lucky to get my money returned after a two month ordeal. Don’t purchase from this seller.

Ordered phone, never got it. Got in touch with the company and they said that none were in stock (even though it was in stock when I purchased it). After 2 weeks demanded for a refund and this happened so that’s the only good thing. If I didn’t get in touch I think I’d still be waiting as the company didn’t take the responsibility to inform me about anything!
