Rubbish I ordered a phone and I was told that it will arrive in 11 days, on the 10th day my order was cancelled saying that they are out of stock

I really love the deals you guys give with phones and I personally given out and referred your website to multiple friends and family And I love the warranty.

Bought an iPad for 155€, never worked sent back 2,5 months ago and I’m still waiting my refund. Despite great kindness of customer care, worst service ever. I’ll never buy anything else from here.

I ordered my iPhone 7 in Premium back in August. Since then, I haven’t had any major issues. I selected to have 32 GB, but there was less GB on my phone, which wasn’t a big deal I just paid for extra GB through Apple. Also, my battery needs to be replaced already, which makes me believe I wasn’t given one in premium condition, but overall, my phone has been great.

Phone looks and works good but battery discharges kind of quick. Health at 84% when I got it. Besides that it’s ok.

Smarter phone co is the best for less. I haven’t had to use there warranty yet and I’ve bought several phones. Bought one that I made a mistake and ordered one that didn’t have enough memory. I explained the misunderstanding and they offered to take it back. A friend bought it instead. However they asked me to send it back without any hesitation. I will continue to use them.
