My order reference was XLJNLGFEV, I ordered a Premium IPHONE 8 RED 64GB from this site. Meaning it is suppose to come in with no visible scratches, basically like new. And it did come in just like new. I charge it up and it shut down once but quickly rebooted itself. About 20 minutes later I had everything loaded like my original Iphone 6. But when I open up the Safari app I saw that all of my default search engines were Chinese. That's when I knew I was screwed. They sold me a Chinese Model Iphone! For anyone who doesn't know, Apple makes Iphone a little different for each country base on that country's law. So in China, some apps are banned, and some setting are hard set that cannot change. For instance I cannot turn off the shutter on this phone. I cannot take a photo of anything without a loud shutter noise. This is a hard setting in China, so people cannot easily steal secrets using their phone. But here in America... it is soo fudging annoying!!

I asked for an iphone 6s PLUS i got a 6 i didnt returned it because i needed a phone around that time but when i started using the phone the battery was trash and theres other carrier it was not able to work with for a phone that was "unlocked" the phone sitting in my room because its so unreliable, you spend 20 minutes using it and its already asking to be charged.

Smarter was always here for us, very helpful all the time, I recommend 100%

The phone just isn’t as good as I hoped. I constantly have to leave it on the charger and sometimes the battery just dumps from 80% to 2 % for no reason. I guess refurbished is not the way to go for a phone 😞.

This company took my money never delivered my product then held it hostage while they waited on another phone to deliver. I never received a phone but they did refund my money after much aggravation and more than 3 weeks had passed.

My phone doesn't work at all I spent so much money and don't have a proper phone.
I sent several messages to the customer service and they didn't answer to my requests...

Phone was packaged really nice but did not work— went into boot loop. Took too long to get a return. Waited on hold for 20 minutes and then was forced into voicemail. Etc.

Would not recommend. With the first phone I ordered I ordered a lightning to 3mm jack adapter for standard headphones. When the phone arrived, the adapter I ordered was not included. I called and they said they would credit my account but never did. The phone arrived and was defective & had no sound. Returned it and it took almost 2 weeks to get the replacement. The replacement did work with no issues. I never received the adapter or the credit for it.

They forgot an item but overall I like smarter phone

Wrong phone sent twice. Horrible communication. Horrible support. Dishonest info from reps each time I called. I would never recommend this company, also known as Next Wireless. They have since shut down phone support, email only.

My phone did not come on scheduled delivery date it was my wife's bday present. The phone came the day after her bday. The accessories I order with the phone took 3 weeks to correct. She likes the phone. Ear buds volume never worked with the phone

The service was good but the items is not what I was waiting for .
I used to change the screen who cause $ 60 before .
The scratches is ok but the broken screen doesn’t show any damage when placing the order on line .

Very pleased with the condition of the phone. Did replace the battery after a couple months, but even with that I am very pleased with the purchase and will look here first when in the market for another phone.
