Headache to return
Even tho it was stated phone would work with any service (completely unlocked) it did not work on Cellular One. Upon calling to return phone there was a slow handling of the matter once phone was returned. From time that it was shown signed for to credit back to my card was almost 3 weeks. I kept getting the same email back that they couldn't get warehouse to locate to confirm. Finally after much persistence I was finally credited. The process was handled horribly by the customer service department.

Purchased three iPhone 7's for my grandchildren.
Received phones in timely manner.
They were well packaged for shipping.
Phones look brand new, work great.
Charging cords and wall plugs were included in every package.
Will definitely purchase from Smarter Phones again.

UNBELIEVABLE:
I purchased 3 IPHONES AND 1 IWATCH in a 2-3 week frame, for myself and family members. Iwatch's charger came defective AND THEY WILL NOT, you heard right..THEY WILL NOT REPLACE OR EXCHANGE, instead they would love to refund the entire Iwatch. Am I dealing with challenged customer service?. LOL. I a pretty techy person and I have never experienced SUCH SERVICE, I am a BIG TIME ONLINE PURCHASER. First and last time buying from this site, well, thanks to other great companies nowadays we can all purchase products where our money and loyalty is valued. :)

Had a problem
Had a problem, but it was handled. The phone I received did not operate perfectly. It kept freezing up. The phone was replaced. It took a week, but they stood behind it and sent a new phone. Overall, I got a good phone a a good price. Would buy from Smarter Phone again.

IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE. MORE THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE EMAIL WAS ANSWERED. NOT ABLE TO SPEAK TO A REAL HUMAN.
