Anthony first helped me around the early summer of 2022 when I was in desperate need of a semi-truck with particular specs. He made the financing process so easy and smooth, I knew he was the guy to come back to when I was ready to purchase another truck. By late fall 2022, I was interested in a semi-truck through a private seller and inquired with Anthony about my options. Anthony had a great financing option and enthusiastically began the process for me, After many weeks of talking with the seller and collecting paperwork, the bank that was handling the loan denied the purchase (due to truck value, nothing that Anthony had done). As frustrating and disappointing as that was, Anthony remained positive and told me to keep looking for a truck. The second truck I was interested in didn't meet the financing agency's requirements either. Again, Anthony remained positive and helpful. At the beginning of December 2022, I came across a pair of trucks that met my spec requirements that were half the cost of the trucks I was looking at previously. I had the crazy idea of buying both of them, but I wasn't sure if I would have been able to finance both trucks in the same deal. I inquired with Anthony for the third time, who happily looked into it for me, and the answer was YES! A couple of weeks later, I was the proud new owner of not one, but two trucks!
I can't describe what an amazing person Anthony is. Even when I was getting so frustrated with the process, Anthony stayed focused, positive, and enthusiastic. He kept doing his absolute best until we succeeded! I thought I knew it before, but Anthony is definitely the man to go to for truck financing. He will do everything in his power to find you a great deal and to make the process as smooth and painless as possible.

Okay guys so let me give you all a "heads up" on Smarter Equipment Finance. After having done a ton of research on an exhaustive list of companies that advertise heavy equipment financing and/or loans I reached out to Mr. Allen Smith Jr, over at Smarter Equipment Finance and "Boy O Boy" was I surprised! From day one, Al jumped into tutorial mode and began to walk me through their process with a fine toothed comb. He directed me through my credit background, pointed out my options before I could even formulate the questions. I am in Winston Salem, NC, and the track loader I wanted was at Quality Used Equipment out of Shirleysburg, PA. My deal was complete and scheduled for delivery all within a couple of weeks! Al, was extremely diligent, polite, professional and just a straight up, down to earth kind a guy like you wouldn't believe. All in all, I have found Smarter Equipment Finance is one, if not the "Top Gun" in terms of just good ole fashion (getting the deal done)! Fantastic Customer Service, Easy (no nonsense) straight forward terms, and hands down convenience. Not only do these guys know where the money is, they also know how get you financed.

I wish I could give six stars! Alex was absolutely instrumental in helping me purchase my dump truck. He was able to answer all my questions, there were a lot, and he was also extremely kind and patient throughout the entire process. When I made mistakes he was always quick to catch and correct the errors making the process easy, and quite simple. I worked with Daryn to secure a loan for a dump truck this week. My local banks would not have even considered helping me with this, given my unique financial situation. Daryn was kind and understanding. He listened to my needs and sought a lender that would be a good match. He even steered me clear of a bad seller. He was personable, polite, efficient, and always ready to answer any questions or address any concerns I might have. I was well informed of all the stipulations my financer had-- I highly value this given some negative past experiences. The process was smooth, and the stress typical in these situations was alleviated by Daryn's attentiveness throughout.

Ryan was super-responsive. He communicated every step of the process and was able to help us through a couple of hurdles like a pro. Kevin, Michelle, and the rest of the team were great to work with on this deal and I hope to work with them again in the near future.
