This purchase was needed for my business. The finance salesman (Kevin O'Boyle) was very helpful and very resourceful in getting me exactly what I needed for my business. Even though the process took over a month it was an successful month, the salesperson stayed with the process the entire time to get me exactly what I needed for my business. When the Bobcat appeared to my home at 11pm on 9/8/2022 it wasn't a new machine but the equipment was definitely top notch and more than I expected.

I'd like to thank Edward for his true business acumen of a professional! We've came across some speed bumps, but speed bumps is not Edward's first rodeo. Edward's follow through and due diligence is unmatched in my opinion within the experience. He was not gonna quit until I was satisfied and got the truck I wanted, overall. His positive attitude permeates promotion within the lending company! Edward deserves to be a leader! I feel that I need to write this review on Yelp, as well as, Google. I can truly say that Smarter Finance USA, has completed a true American way, old fashion professional service. From the minute Anthony Alvarez answered the phone, all through my entire process, he never dropped the ball or attention in our matter. I wasn't talking to a machine and I wasn't leaving messages for returned phone calls. The propeganda from competitors wanting to requote, after Smarter Finance doing all the work was flooding my phone.
Number one and upmost, Alvarez gave some of his background and personal information in a mini video attached to his email. I went a little further to research the company, learned their background and there was nothing negative any where. After knowing Alvarez's background, I realized that I didn't want to give my business to unfriendly, unconcerned, and deceiving business. I was looking for a long term relationship, a business that was seriously business friendly and trust worthy, as that seems to be lost in America. Plus, Alvarez is bilingual. Meaning, he can serve small businesses with communication factors.

We ran into challenges as our seller wasn't trusting the process and it was his first time utilizing a buyer with a lender. We were learning , as well, since we never had loans on anything from having a bad experience. They assisted with both, seller and buyers' process for closing our deal. They work with equipment across state lines, we purchased our cement trucks from out of state. Amazing fantastic work ethics and self reliance, a perfect experience. Route 66 Ready Mix in Los Angeles, highly recommends Smarter Finance USA in Las Vegas, Nevada to all small family businesses. This is the best experience for commercial truck financing.
