An absolutely amazing experience! Anthony Alvarez did a great job walking me through the whole process and answering all of my questions. There were a couple of “bumps on the road” (not on his end) but he was always on top of things. Anthony called and emailed anyone and everyone he needed to in order to make sure that my company and I were taken care of. I am very thankful for all of his help!

Al Smith from Smarter Finance really helped me a lot, I’ve been turned down from other companies and felt like a nobody. I talked to Al on the phone for 5 minutes, and was already approved for a truck. I asked Al how he did that,he replied you’ve been messing with wrong companies. Treated me great and feel like I knew him for years. After I found the truck, Al got right on it with the dealership, and had everything done in a timely manner. Being small business owner can come with a lot of stress, especially when you need to purchase tooling and the proper equipment to be able to perform your daily requirements. I reached out to Clem Muhammad after finding a service truck that I was not able to cover the cost on. A month in to owning my business I figured that I was not able to get any types of loans. When Clem called me from Smarter Equipment Finance he assured me that I had nothing to worry about. Unlike your normal lenders Clem dug into my history and found loop holes to get me the best deal at the best rate. With opening date of my business less then a month old I was able to finance a service utility truck for 10% down and had approval within hours. The initial equipment I went to purchase was not fit for needs but at the same dealer I changed over to more expensive truck. Clem put in the leg work to swap all of the paperwork from one to the other and got me driving home in this vehicle same day. The whole experience I was notified and updated when changes were made or paper work needed to be filled out. Trying to work and manage this is a battle but having Clem made the experience breeze by. I have proudly spread the word to multiple people in the industry and will continue to send business to Clem at smarter equipment finance. Thanks to them I am now able to more efficiently run my business. The payments are very affordable and by any means do I feel that I got ripped off or the purchase will negatively effect my business. Clem Muhammad is a hard worker and great to deal with. Thank you Clem for helping me and my business.
