Product excellent Delivery company not good
Gladly give 5 star rating WiFi now working in every part of the house. Would maybe rethink your delivery service as the package was just left on my doorstep. It was there for 6 hours while we were all at work. Was very lucky it wasn’t stolen.

I want to sincerely apologise for your package being left outside the house for 6 hours. DPD are supposed to text you to advise the delivery window so that you know in advance and can make a change to the delivery schedule if this does not suit. I will follow up with them on this and thank you for letting us know. We can only improve on these things when we are told about them. Enjoy the rest of the bank holiday weekend.
