Really happy with the level of service from Smarter Home Store. Before I bought the product (TP-link Deco M5), Susan Crowe answered all the technical queries I had and her advice was clear and very helpful. Once ordered, the product arrived within four days, was simple to install and works really well.

My daughter is over the moon. She now has WiFi in her bedroom and can do her online schooling in her room in the peace and quiet. Great product. Would highly recommend and took less than 5 minutes to set up. 10 out of 10 and super quick delivery also.

Smarter Home Store were incredibly efficient and professional to deal with. Great price and range in stock too. The delivery got slowed down by the couriers due to volumes but the store monitored it, kept in contact with me and met every deadline to report back. Absolutely superb service!!

We received excellent advice from smarter home store and are pleased with the product they recommended to combat the problem of poor WiFi coverage in parts of the house.Susan rang me back on two occasions to answer questions about the product I was interested in and was knowledgeable about her subject matter.The tp link deco mesh range extender arrived within 2days of ordering.I would definitely use their services again if required.
