Brilliant service from these guys. Anthony and Vlad make a great team and replaced our boiler with the minimum of fuss and disruption and the maximum of care (which those who know me will realise is very high praise!) Also both were great communicators and consulted us fully on any slight amendments that were made.

Smart Heating EA was more expensive than some of the other quotes I had but they were the only ones willing to do other bits and pieces of plumbing that were relevant to having a new boiler. Anthony was great, knowledgeable and approachable. The two guys doing the installation worked like Trojans and were curtious and tidy. The proof of my new boiler will be in the winter but thus far all I can say is… great job!

I have used Smart Heating on many occasions and have always been 100% happy with their work. They are efficient, helpful, professional and very hard working. The level of communication in person and on emails is excellent and on finishing a job they leave the area they've been working on immaculate. Would very highly recommend.

The staff a working for this company don't appear to be able to communicate with one another. I was sent an invoice and payment reminder several times over for an incomplete job the engineer/manager assured us he would return to resolve. Anthony told us one of his junior staff had "made a school boy error" when he screwed our floor down into nothing and promised to fix it for us. We chose a slightly different solution; which needed some plyboard, rather than getting them to repeat the mistake and were told it would be around £80-100 more. The new invoice (with around an additional £85 on it) arrived on email entitled "amended invoice" which we were happy to pay except the manager Anthony demanded we pay both the previous and the updated invoices, almost double the cost?! Having explained everything over and over and shown him the email trail, he told us we had made a mistake and fought with us on the phone! Terrible communication, terrible customer care, they seem like a large company but they aren't big enough to cope with the workload and timescales were unacceptable.

Fantastic service from quote through accepting quote to booking a date for installation of a heating system upgrade right to finishing the job. Very efficient and tidy, couldn't fault this company one bit.

Very good team who came and worked hard in hot weather in the summer. They did an excellent job changing our central heating and installing a new pressurised water system all completed within the specified time. Also great customer support with Hattie getting back to you very quickly to help you with any queries. All in all I would recommend them for your project.

Very friendly, reliable and professional service and I would recommend them 100%. Last boiler service, they identified a fault which a previous company failed to notice and this has now been fixed.

Smart Heating EA installed our boiler and their annual service is a real help. They remind us when the service is due (such a help) and always arrive on time (hooray). Service completed with a smile and always leave everything clean and tidy. As an older couple we really appreciate their professional and caring approach.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Great communication with alternative pricing for different radiators and a faultless installation of the radiators. I shall definitely be using them again.
