Anthony & all at Smart Heating have been absolutely brilliant in the installation of my new heating system and radiators, from the quoting, booking & installation.

This was the only company of 4 others who took the time out in their busy season to come and quote me!

Had a gas boiler installed. Anthony did a thorough walkthrough of the house before recommending the best boiler and radiators.

The quotes for the work came through next day, which were really well priced.

They were patient with Cadent's meter installation delays and worked to our schedule to get the work booked in.

The communication from their admin Hattie was outstanding and made the whole experience a breeze!

When the guys came to do the work - they were on it no stop throughout the day and wrapped everything up with no mess and a fully working system.

To top it all off they got all the paperwork instantly sorted, along with a 10 year guarantee on the boiler.

A trusted and reliable service. Anthony and his team have been great since we moved into the area with any plumbing or heating issues that have arisen. Went the extra mile recently when our heating stopped working on the coldest day of the year! Hattie arranged for Anthony and James to come out to us that evening despite already being out on another long job. Absolute lifesavers given we had a poorly child at the time. Highly recommended.

Through several years of boiler trials and tribulations, Anthony has done a consistently great job. Whether it be nursing an aged and temperamental boiler or installing a new one his knowledge and workmanship are a credit to Smart Heating. Sian and Anthony are a great team, no problem is too small or too much trouble and their communication on initial contact and with any updates is first class. I wouldn't use anyone else and would recommend them to anyone in need of heating help.

I have used Smart Heating EA Ltd for the past couple of years to ensure my rental property gas appliances are meeting all the current safety standards.
The customer service is excellent. They sent me an email reminder well in advance of the annual service with a suggested date when they could carry out the work. They also issued the Gas Safe Certificate as a pdf so I could easily forward that to my tenant. Invoicing was swift and payment straightforward via bacs.
The engineer is friendly and efficient.
I was so impressed with the service that I have used them for my home boiler service this year.

Anthony has been my plumber of choice since 2019 and he has never let me down. I would highly recommend Smart Heating but please don't get him too busy such that he won't have time to help me out in future 🙂

Smart Heating EA have sorted out a couple of issues with our ageing boiler. Anthony provides an excellent service, he's very professional, knows his stuff and is very patient with my millions of questions. On his last visit he did our gas safety certificate. Sian does a great job arranging visits and providing support. All in all, a fantastic local Norwich business that I can happily recommend.
