I knew some of the items I wanted for a great music experience in my new home, but was not sure how I was going to achieve it as the house was an old farmhouse with wiring challenges. I went back and forth many times with Smart Home Sounds and each time a greater understanding was achieved on both sides, with a lot of patience on their part. I am really happy with the end result and would highly recommend them.

This is the 2nd time I have used Smart Home Sounds, and the reason I came back the 2nd time, is because the initial purchase was easy, they had a good price, the finance options were simple, straightforward, and effective. This time I wanted some information about the turntable I was buying, and upon that advice, I purchased it. Very good staff with excellent knowledge of what they are selling. Highly recommended.

When searching for a specific turntable, for my Grandson's Birthday present, Smarthomesounds was listed. I wasn't aware of their existence!
Their price was the same or less than other major sellers with the advantage of a £10 voucher for a first order.
I took advantage of the Paypal "Pay in three" offer and went ahead with the purchase.
Their website is very easy to navigate with lots of useful information for each product. The purchase went through without any problems and the included delivery was next day (Saturday).
I was informed, by e-mail, of the complete order progress, from start to finish.
I would highly recommend this business.

I purchased a Samsung Q80D QLED TV from Smart Home Sounds, which was advertised as including a “Free 5-Year Warranty.” Unfortunately, when I needed warranty support, the retailer refused to honour it, citing promotional terms and claiming it was my responsibility to register with Samsung within 90 days.
Despite sending emails explaining my situation, I received no helpful response, and no effort was made to assist me as a customer. This was extremely disappointing, especially given the cost and the way the product was advertised.
Thankfully, Samsung themselves repaired the TV promptly, replacing the backlight and main board, and the picture is now perfect. That said, my experience with Smart Home Sounds leaves me unable to recommend them, as they clearly don’t go the extra mile for customers.

Overall really pleased with the headphones I purchased. I needed to get back in touch as the headphone pads developed an issue. The customer service I received from Amelia has been excellent. She was super friendly, helpful and proactive in getting the issue sorted.
