Smart Balance have now spent six mounth pretending to fix my sons hoverboard. Infact - they do nothing. They just stall.. Don't ever use this company.

Do not use!!
I placed an order on Sunday thinking they were trading/shipping from here but then realised different shipping address from the contact us address (which is uk) I tried to cancel as soon as I realised (seconds after ordering!) but money has been taken and can’t get any reply from this so called company.
Update Jan '18: hoverboard arrived but with no paperwork and still no correspondence from company. Quality seems good but I am very very wary that it is possibly a fake I won't know unless I take to trading standards. Will put this down to bad experience and not make this mistake again.

WARNING suspected fraudulent company
I placed the order then immediately tried to cancel it. They won’t give me a refund. I will be going to lodge it with PayPal after 7 days to see if I can get my money back through them.

Stay away from this company they trade …
Stay away from this company they trade as a .co.uk site when infact he's from China. Sent me a French segway with French instructions and a 2 prong plug that clearly has not passed UK saftey regulations. I paid using PayPal thank God and I have won my claim getting my money back paypal told me to send the segway back to Manchester and I did but he wanted me to send it to the manufacture in France as long as you send it back and paypal see delivers or attempt delivery you will get a refund. He never received his segway it's in Manchester somewhere so haha to him.

Don't use this company
Don't use this company. Ordered a hover board 2 weeks ago and haven't had delivery. Emailed them 8 times and not had one reply. Unlike there what they tell you on there website. They say they treat customers like family. I would hate to be a enemy of there's.

Happy with this crowd

Just checked the company called Alphabetrade Co, which is registerered alongside 4987 other companies at the same address in Birmingham. A fly by night company operated directly from China. As a customer you would fall foul on you face.
