False information about delivery..

False information about delivery..
I have ordered the 5 of June 2022 stroller,
still not despatched, every time I call they
given me false information about the
delivery.I'm very disappointed.

As per the information on your order this was a pre-order and the stock was not available when you made the purchase. As with any pre-ordered item we can never 100% guarantee the arrival date due to a number of issues. These have now arrived but we can see that you have elected to cancel the order.

Ordered my child’s cot from the smart…

Ordered my child’s cot from the smart kid store took them four days to send me an email to state they can’t deliver it to my address, when ordering it asked me for my postcode and it was accepted for postage, now I have to wait god knows how long for a refund,
Then had the cheek to ask me to sort out my own delivery for them to send it shocking

Thank you for taking the time to post your review and we are sorry that you weren't happy with the cancellation. As per the delivery details on our website, unfortunately we are unable to ship heavy items such as Nursery Furniture to Northern Ireland and we do ask customers ot contact us before placing orders. Due to the ferry journey the couriers do charge a lot to ship furniture to your location. We did as we would do normally and asked if you had any onward freight forwarders that you wanted to use as some customers take this option. We can see that the item was refunded within our 2 working days policy.

Still haven’t received my high chair…

Still haven’t received my high chair despite paying postage for quicker delivery. Email saying it would arrive today but having checked with dpd looks like Monday. Very disappointed with the service

Delighted with the Hauck Buggy I bought…

Delighted with the Hauck Buggy I bought for my grandson visiting. Wanted a lightweight one for ease and this ticks all the boxes. The basket below is a great size for carrying extras and it comes complete with a rain cover. Love the Winnie the Pooh design on the seat too.
Great communication from Smart Kids Store too. Kept me updated at all times regarding delivery. Fab service all round. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

Still not despatched!!

Delivery times stated 3-7 days.. its now 8 days since ordered and its not even been dispatched yet.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you are not happy with the delivery timescale. As you have stated the delivery timescale is up to 7 working days which takes this up until next Tuesday as it has only been 5 working days so far. As per the delivery page as you live in Northern Ireland there is also an extra 2 working days due to the ferry crossing, therefore you will receive your item by next Thursday.

False information about delivery

Unfortunately when I called costumer service been given false information about delivery time which lead me into cancellation of order and asking for a refund, plus due to not enough time to order item elsewhere i will have to use old stroller for my trip.

This item is a pre-order for when it was due back into stock today. The availability date was shown on the front of the item page as the 27th May, there is then the delivery timescale. We can see that you phoned earlier in the week and were told that it was due back into stock in three days time, we understand that you understood this to be delivered to you in three days time. Please accept our apologies if there was any confusion.
