Good product as advertised and dispatched with care within prescribed period

Overall the items arrived within 2 weeks and I am still waiting on the last item to arrive which has been dispatched now. If you want to save money then it's a great shop to shop top brands. Just be prepared to chase for items that should have arrived with the order to begin with if you ordered a 6-piece set. Customer service girls are really good, prompt and got back to me to resolve matters quickly.

Wow, this company are fantastic. I contacted customer care before ordering, to clarify a few things, response was quick and helpful.. Order arrived on time, but an issue with delivery company, (item missing, but driver had left it on van) which was resolved and delivered later the same day...100% recommend smart kid store, and their fantastic customer care...THANKYOU..

We ordered a folding cot needed by Friday which arrived Thursday. Happy days!

Had a mad shopping day and bought lots of baby stuff from different stores, this was probably the best with such a good choice, cheapest prices and the items arrived quickly

Received my sons superman booster seat and he loves it. Looks great and is very sturdy.

This was for adoptive gran daughter as the buggy is too bulky for daughter ti get on n off buses n buggy is too heavy . It was boxed perfect and easy to put up .

Ordered a miniuno touch fold Stroller, the first one was ordered with the no rush delivery and did arrive within the time stated but only take this option if you really are happy waiting the full 20 working days. There was a manufacture problem with this ordered and Smart Kid Store promptly sorted out the issue and sent a replacement within 2 days. Would recommend just pick the correct delivery option for your needs.

Time scale was up to 14 days, it is 3 weeks already and still did not received the item or at least the update about my order. Do not recommend. Will never buy anything here again.

Waited 2weeks for delivery which I wasn't happy about as desperately needed the pushchair and would've shopped elsewhere if I knew it'd take so long! However customer service was brilliant when I rang to ask about the delay.

Highly recommend this lovely company. I decided to order the joie double (after a bottle of wine) and didn't realise it was pre order only for end of September, I noticed the next day when checking emails etc. I needed it ASAP in time for holiday 🙈🤦‍♀️ so I messaged their customer services and explained what I had done, the lovely lady who emailed me back checked and said they had a few left from a previous shipment & had the warehouse sort and send me one the next day. Thanks again for fixing my stupid mistake and for doing it so quickly!!

Bought a double stroller. They have the best prices on the market and delivery was pretty quick.
I had a slight issue with payment but the customer service was very helpful and immediately resolved it. I would definitely recommend this website and buy from here again.
