What can I say. Honestly the ladies there especially Abi have always been helpful, polite and go above and beyond. I was a bit nervous joining the credit union but the ladies took so much time to go through things. So easy to sign up and so easy to sort. Highly recommended. Thank you again Abi and ladies

Have been using this credit union for many year - back when it was just the Blackwood branch and since its merger to Smart Money Cymru. I have to say that whenever i have needed help or advice or even just a question about my account the staff have been kind, helpful and undertstanding of my varying circumstances. I still have my little savings pot with them with a specific goal of what i want to spend it on when i hit my target. Thanks for all your help
