Ordered 2 of the Double Strength moving boxes. Quality is terrible. The box they were delivered in was more durable. If these are the most durable would be very concerned!!

I needed a supplier of cheap moving boxes for a recent move across Ipswich. I didn't have anyone local, so it was a toss-up between Amazon and Smart Packaging Direct. In the end, I went with the smaller business and still got next working day delivery of double walled moving boxes and some other packing material, which was perfect.

Ordered 1-2 bedroom package to include small medium and large boxes. Arrived with only small boxes big enough to only store knives and forks for example not a two bed flats contents. Have sent pictures in and now being ignored. Spent a lot of money and very angry

After part of my delivery went missing with the courier, the team at Smart packaging Direct were quick and efficient at sending out the balance of the order to me.

Not bad, ordered the large XXL boxes and other supplies. The only problem is that the boxes don't have handles, but otherwise pretty good.

I bought some “double strength large moving boxes” and found them to be very fragile. You could easily punch a hole in the box with your finger nail. I think their prices are cheaper for a reason.

So helpful and friendly. Thoroughly professional.

I ordered some packaging and paid a large some of money, almost as much as the cost of the items ordered for next day delivery.
The items did not arrive the next day after I waited in for the parcel to arrive.
If you charge the price for next day delivery then PLEASE deliver it the next day!
Also the contact email address does not work which may have saved this review being so low as I may have been able to sort the problem with the company.

i received my order the next day. The boxes was of high quality and i will be using this company again in the future.

Still waiting for my packaging after 3 days when i wanted next day delivery and said it would be here today. No one replying back to tell me what happening. Also can't send message to them on here as it says 'could not be delivered.' Now i want a refunded. Would not recommend anyone.

Needed boxes and tape for moving home and came across Smartpackaging.direct with their ready-made kits. Perfect for what we needed. Products were exactly as described and delivery was super quick.

Fast delivery and good product as described. Perfect boxes for moving home. What more can you expect. Excellent.
