Utterly useless

Only received part order

I ordered some packing boxes and additional items but when these finally arrived, later than promised, the tape dispenser gun and some of the plastic furniture covers ordered were missing, while the rest of the plastic covers were in a poor state, dusty and crumpled, and none were labelled so I didn't know their purpose, and the cardboard box containing my order also contained rubbish at the bottom.
I emailed Packing Boxes about the missing items and was assured they had been dispatched, giving a Royal Mail tracking no, but when I tried to track this online, the number was unknown to the Royal Mail. The items never arrived, despite my further chase ups by email and the same assurances received that my order was being dispatched. I also tried to phone them several times but either the phone kept ringing or I was transferred to a voicemail messaging number that said this was full and not taking any more messages. I then requested a refund for the outstanding missing order items but never received any response, so I finally had to get my money back through my credit card company. I totally regret ever having dealt with Packing Boxes.

First order all ok, but...

First order all ok. Second order never arrived despite payment being taken. Caused quite a lot of aggravation as our moving date approached. Poor communications. Wouldn't recommend.

still awaitng for the lids to my boxes

I had used this company before and everything was fine with no complaints
Then i placed an order for some boxes, which did arrive but 10 lids of different boxes were missing
so i rang up staright away and explained which ones were missing, and i needed them asap, we shall send them over night
still waiting
so today i called in over 30 wasted minutes as the phone puts you through but it just rings and rings
so ive now had to fill in an online form
These boxes were for a specific purpose which has now let myself and a customer down

What a terrible company

What a terrible company. Our move was quite last minute and I ordered last Thursday 29th Jan with "free next day delivery on orders over 49 pounds". Only the boxes didn't arrive on Friday or Saturday, or today, Monday 2nd Feb. A customer services ticket response today said they would notify the warehouse to now prioritise my delivery! Too late for us, as we had to buy boxes elsewhere to be ready for our move this Friday.

Also the company does not answer its phones. Avoid.

I have requested a refund. Judging by the reviews here, I'm expecting a struggle to get my money back.

Boxes are ok

Boxes are ok, but the tape and tape gun, and I assume any other accessory are the worst possible quality, tape just falls off, boxes fell open and our valuables broke. Go elsewhere!!!!

Daylight Robbery

This company ought to be shut down based on how they behave. I made an order, spending around £140. The delivery was incomplete with several rolls of bubble wrap missing. I emailed them to let them know, thinking it would be easily sorted. I got a reply asking if I was sure the items were not packed inside my other items. I replied to this question and even sent them photos of the items received and my CCTV footage showing the entire delivery being made from the van to my door so there was zero question that the bubble wrap had simply never been delivered. After this, I heard nothing more from them. I sent several more emails and got no response. I tried phoning and they simply don't answer the phone, even after holding for 30 minutes. How surprised they are going to be when I file a claim against them in small claims court and add the cost of filing the claim to the amount they will owe me. It's easy and I've done it before against a similarly dishonest online retailer.

An Absolute Scam.

An Absolute Scam.
I ordered a Moving Pack of boxes with next day delivery. After two weeks, multiple emails back and forth, and a despatch number where the items never made it to the delivery company, the boxes never arrived.
I had to contact my bank to reverse the charge, as even after I asked for a refund I received no reply.

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering and avoided this company. Communication and customer service are slow or unresponsive. Definitely don't order from this company if you need the products quickly (or at all).

I bought several items and which came with express delivery. Received no tracking info so I queried it a couple days later, the order was finally dispatched a week late. The order was missing items, I followed up to request these and was eventually told they would be dispatched, almost two weeks later I've had to chase again as I've heard nothing and not received the items.
At worst this company is a scam, at best they're totally incompetent.
