I’m sure the product is great, better than your chosen delivery firm. You’ve sent the survey request before I’ve even received the item. Hermes have sat on it all week, but if they ever deliver it in one piece then I’m sure it will be great.

Catwalk glass fitting pet door
Sorry I took so long to leave a review, I purchased this in August, but had to wait for the window company to fit it. I could not be more pleased with it. The clear plastic design is unobtrusive in the glass patio door and the flap is quiet and smooth in operation. Now, with a bit of encouragement and cat treats, I'm coaxing my three moggies to use it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
