Easy ordering and product arrived quickly.

We purchased this cat flap as it was already recommend to us, came very quickly with lots of emails to update us on progress , as it was going into a double glazed door we had to get a glazier to do the work , the glazing was fitted after a couple of weeks looks fantastic, it's just day one for our two furbaby's trying to use , as the back door been open all summer , very pleased with the whole system of how the cat flap works and very pleased with the company we used to purchase it from .

Catflap arrived quickly. Exactly what we wanted to allow 2 cats free access and the kitten to stay inside.
1 cat has mastered the new catflap. The other one doesn't like the clicking noise but we are persevering. The kitten has already worked out what to do before she's even allowed to use it.

I ordered a transparent cat flap, which had all the information needed, providing measurements, a good description, had plenty of photographs, and was a very good price. I paid for the premium delivery service so would have expected next day delivery, but nevertheless it still arrived in good time (2 days). I will certainly come back in the future, and recommend to others. Keep up the great work.

Pet flap is fabulous,money well spent, my Jack Russell can go in and out when ever he wants and I don't have to keep getting up and down to open the door for her, highly recommend it

Arrived really quickly and the device is relatively simple to set up and has been great to see how often our two cats go in and out using the flap. The adapter kit was perfect and it was all installed really easily. Great service from smart pet devices.

Excellent dog door for my double glazed patio door. Have had one of these for a good few years and this is a replacement. Quick and easy to change over and my little dog finds it super easy to use. Delivery was next day and we’ll packaged, can’t recommend enough.

Quick delivery and pet flap good but wondering if the extra hub to tell you when your pet was in and out was really worth it. It really isn’t reliable at picking up our cats activity.
