I have to thank Dan for his help repairing a leak on the filter system. He solved the problem without any issues and I highly recommend him to anyone who has any problems with their pools.
I have previous experience with Smart Pools who reinstalled my pump room ( and pool cover) following a restoration of my poolhouse area. More recently my pump expired and I took the opportunity to upgrade both the pump and the filter. Dan from Smart Pools was on site within a week and had everything installed including new pipework up and running in a day. Competitive, quality installation, quick service, good follow-up. The level of customer service is excellent and I recommend using Smart Pools
Placed and order online with this company for a couple of tubes of Rotabond sealer, received the PayPal receipt but nothing from the company confirming my order which set alarm bells ringing. Four weeks later nothing arrived so emailed the hotmail account from my PayPal receipt, received and apology and a promise to get the items shipped, two week later still nothing so email again asking for a refund, received and response promising an immediate refund, well that never happened either, now had to raise the case against the company through PayPal to get try and get my money back
Despite emailing this company to tell them i was raising a case against them, the response i received was an email with a picture of a hand written receipt from this company for another company goods and their bank details on it, not sure Hydropool in Cheltenham would be to please with this.
