A great job, looks better than new! Dave Robinson is a great lad, compares himself to Brad Pitt but decided he was too old so we opted for Zac Efron…. He did a great job and within an hour too, and gave advance notice of his arrival. Even helped me move some newly arrived paving slabs out the way to get the car in the right place to work on! Smart Repairs were engaged by Motoreasy to repair damage to the diamond cut alloys on my VW Tiguan. Their man Connor from Derby phoned me the day before with a likely time of arrival and then phoned me on the day, about an hour before he arrived. Connor was knowledgeable and engaging and made a first class job.

A job well done ! Great service allround. Car got booked in for a home repair service, 1 damaged alloy and 3 panel scratches. Connor called the night before the booked date to inform me of his expected time of arrival. On the day he informed me again of his ETA. Connor arrived on time and on got straight to work. A very professional and pleasant gentleman who seemed to know alot about his trade. This put me at ease straight away. The work was completed to a high standard and will definitely call on him again if work is needed.

Had them fix my alloys twice in the last year and they have been great both times. The visit last week was exceptional with the guy helping me out with another issue, jacking up another car that was too low to use my jack. So helpful and did a great job on the 2 alloy repairs.

Came to my house to refurbish my rims mid week , great quality paint used as my re spray last year was still in excellent condition when he came I just needed a rim scrape to be refurbished and all for a great price.

Great service from Scott at Leeds. Repaired a small but tricky dent meticulously with excellent paint match. Also refurbished 2 alloys so they are as good new. Magnificent attention to detail and highly experienced. Highly recommended.

Connor contacted me the day before he was due to attend, kept me informed when he was on his way, and did a grand job.
Connor attended my home with all the necessary tools to polish up a scratch on the side of my car passenger door and polish up all 4 scratched alloys!
Alloys look brand new and I can't see the scratches on the door anymore. I'm so glad I decided to tidy up car. Car looks great!
Connor is extremely polite, and respectful.
I was impressed with Connor's knowledge and experience. He knows his field of work.

Damage occurred within the period of time that the policy would have covered it, made note of it with the repairer on multiple occasions to which they denied the repair. I put in a separate claim on another area of damage which again would have been covered by the policy and yet again the claim was denied, utter waste of money if adding a policy onto the purchase of a car. Would highly recommend avoiding.

Just had my car repaired and Ollie, the repairer, did a first class job! Even though the damage was in an awkward area he took great care to make the area look as good as new. I was delighted with the service I received.

I would give a 0, the employee in vehicle MT17 UCE was helping a neighbour but spokely rudely to my family when we were passing by. How can people hire people like this man. This incident happened today and was truly upsetting. Has ruined my day.

Top Class service. Jack made contact so I knew exactly when he would be arriving. He was polite, professional and completed the job to a great standard. Would recommend him anytime.

On phoning to enquire about a repair rude man answered the phone was totally rude and hung up without hearing anything I had to say.

Dave arrived on time and was friendly, informative and courteous as he explained the work that he was going to carry out. When I returned to inspect the completed work I was amazed at the job that Dave had done. The work on the alloys was faultless and the damage to the rear of the car had been repaired so perfectly that it was impossible to tell that there had been any damage. I would thoroughly recommend Dave and Smartrepairs.
