WOW What can I say. I cannot understand how Pete got the repair so perfect. I had tens of stone chips on 3 panels. Pete and his van took less than 2 hours now no stonechips to be seen and you cannot spot the repairs even shining a torch close up. Incredible Skill to leave my panels looking like they have been totally resprayed. Just unbelievable quality.

Had a top class repair carried out by yourselves on the front Alloy Wheels on my BMW following scuff damage - you really can not tell such is the quality of the repair!! Please pass my regards and appreciation to Wayne as his customer service has been second to none, he has been in regular contact in the run up to the repair being carried out and his workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. Thank you again.

Had some repairs done today on our Toyota Yaris with diamond edge alloys by a lovely chap called Ollie. Top class repair and very happy with the service. 👍

Very prompt service with repair booked in, at our home, within a few days of contacting the company. Chris came out and repaired two alloys and did an excellent job. Quick, clean and a very good finish. Highly recommend

Motorhome front bumper resprayed on 2nd Jan 2024.
Friendly guy and seemed to be making a good job of it, until he removed masking, which pulled off the paint and had to be redone. Also pulled off white paint,and heater fell on it,which we did not notice until after he left. We took photos and emailed but had no response. We have now had to pay to have damage put right. Not impressed. BEWARE.

On time and friendly, Dave was professional and highly skilled at his job, repairing my alloy to the highest of standards.

Had two alloy wheels repaired today by David Robinson from smart repairs he has done such a great job and what a friendly and kind person he was and went that extra mile. I will certainly be recommending him to friends and family keep up the good work David.

Had work completed on our Mercedes and wow it looks amazing so happy with the work completed looks like new all dents scratches gone bumper repaired.

My car needed a bumper scuff and some stone chips repairing. The guy came to our house, very polite young man and did a great job. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Tiny stone chip and 2 tiny scratches required repairs. The guy who came round gave a number of reasons (excuses?) for not doing the work at my house and that it needed to go to a body shop. Couldn't undertsand it at all - very minor non-specialist paint job - I have a Nissan Qashqai Magnetic Blue colour which is quite common. It was an insurance job so another repairer came out and did an excellent job on site.

Don’t use SMART repairs. The work they did on my car was so so terrible. They tried to correct it and made it worse. Buy yourself rattle can from Halfords and you’ll do a better job yourself.

SMART Repairs offer a substandard quality of work and meet a very low bar in terms of customer satisfaction.

SMART Repairs were unfortunately appointed to carry out a minor repair on my new purchase from KIA dealership in Gloucester (Wessex Garages), the standard and quality of this repair was embarrassingly bad, lacquer peeling, poor colour match, paint and lacquered over dirt, contaminates in the paint, scratched chrome trim in multiple places, poor finish in general (orange peel) plus they covered the entire vehicle in over spray where they made no preparation effort at all. (If you want photographic proof of their quality of work check out my google review)
I would strongly advise not using this company for any repair no matter how minor, please use a professional company with employees that are professionally trained.
I have now been lumbered with a £2500 bill to get these poor repairs professionally corrected.
Their regional key account manager Steve Clark assures me they are happy with this standard of this repair and are not willing to work with me to put this right.

I had a smart repair done on a minor stone chip on a bonnet of a brand new Audi as part of the cover I took out for such. The so called repair carried out could have been done better by a child with a touch up pen.. I cannot make out where the smart bit comes in, it must be the fact that the insurance company pays for such work. The repairer dabs some paint on, does not level it and declares job done. I thought I had just had a bad experience but when the area manager came out, he said the work was satisfactory. Really disappointed. I cannot recommend. In todays world I like to leave positive reviews when viable and effort has been taken to acheive a good result. The only effort taken on this job however, was driving to the job. Be honest to your customers, tell the customer that the repair cannot be done to a decent standard and walk away, that's better than doing a repair and leaving the car in a worse standard than before you started.
