This cloth came packaged in a nice little box which is perfect if purchased as a gift. It was delivered very promptly too which may be useful if purchased at the last minute

As I didn’t receive an e mail confirmation of my order. I waited a week and left a phone message for someone to contact me. No one did. I also sent an e mail. No reply. Second phone call left a message no one got back to me. I received the cloth today. It’s fine. But customer service is non existant. I thought I had been scammed.

Discovered smartscreen through a press advertisement. At first I thought they were expensive for a simple screen cleaning cloth. Do not make that mistake. Smartscreen is not that. My gold edition order arrived well packaged in a lovely box. The cloth comes in its own matching colour pouch to keep it tidy and clean. The cloth works wonderfully cleaning all my screens and is a joy to use. It makes a lovely stocking filler present for birthdays etc. Will definitely be buying more as presents for my friends and I can recommend them. Thank you smartscreen team

I bought five of the Smart Screen cloths for Christmas presents, and everyone was delighted, and immediately started cleaning their screens! My only regret was not buying one for myself!

Thicker cloth than the usual microfibre cleaners. Pouch is a bit small for cloth size. Cleans spectacle lenses very well

Great idea and looks very smart - nice tech-y gift.

Always hard to think of a gift for men so these phone and glasses cleaners are a great buy. The bag fits in your pocket and the cleaner is brilliant. Not just men though, I keep mine in my handbag and when friends see how well it works they want one too.

Yesterday I wrote a review which did not give credit to this firm as the delay in delivery was due to the Royal Mail strikes and not to Smart Screen for this I sincerely wish to apologise .also to amend my review and give the correct rating which is excellent. I dashed the previous one off when I was not well and made tyiping errors too.i am delighted with the saffron yellow screen cleaners they are beautifully packed and the invoice even included a personal note. I will definitely order them again and have been telling all my friends.

I found the ordering process easy to follow and the items were displayed well. The delivery was prompt and on the date quoted. The items were well packaged and everything appeared as hoped for. I cannot remark on the actual products as they are for presents @ Christmas.

These screen / glasses cleaning cloths are the best I have ever come across. Excellent quality, thicker than usual, material and very effective. The design of the pouch to keep the cloth in with snap fastener attachment is really well thought out, lightweight and perfect for carrying with you in a pocket or bag. Delivery was prompt - in short can't recommend enough.

As the two screen cloths are gifts and haven't been used yet I can only comment on the service and packaging, both of which were excellent
