Omg what a piece of crap

Omg what a piece of crap. It worked for a few minutes, after charging and setting up appropriately the crapped itself. When it did actually work for a few minutes it didn't even remove the hair. Waste of money.

As for the response below that they rarely have any bad feedback on their product. Just keep reading the reviews. They are in denial if they think this is a good product.

If I could give it zero stars I would. My experience seems to mirror most on here.
AVOID, AVOID AVOID!!!!
paid just under £60, the delivery took ages to arrive and the £20 mystery gift is still just that...a mystery!! Whoever replies, did so at first to tell me that they had sent a new gift express delivery, which has still never arrived. Attempting to refund part of my payment is proving hardwork scam company, do not order from them

Waste of money

Waste of money , didn’t work and when you email them they try and fob you of with it was damaged in transit and they will send new heads
Quick enough to reply to emails until you ask for your money back and state that’s what it says on the site when you order

Definition of S***

The worst company ever. The definition of s***. Dropped the customer server vice team a email after trying all the heads and even followed the instructions laid out, and they still didn't help. Sent a video showing what my problem was and from there stopped all communications.

ONE STAR TOO MANY!!

Gutted I even have to give this company a star - absolute rubbish product - doesn’t provide the shave it claims- have tried both heads and have tried them at various stages of hair growth and may as well not have bothered as I’m left with the same hair I started with!
Appalling customer service - just dealt with by email table tennis and still not resolved. I believe they have no intention of honouring their 30day guarantee!
PLEASE PLEASE do not buy!

Ridiculous company rather than give me refund sent another shaver out (just in case the original had got broken in transit despite me saying it was working just not like they claim it will ) - lo & behold new shaver still doesn’t work to its advertising and to add insult to injury sliced my thumb changing heads this time as the arrow on the back and ease to change heads is also complete rot!!
Emailed again today and suggested perhaps they knew what a piece of tut their product was as they were willing for me to have £49:98 worth of product rather than just refunding me the £24:99 under their 30day guarantee.
Have had an email without need for video evidence this time saying they will agree a refund - shall wait with bated breath!

Amazing , with psoriasis !

I saw this shaver on Facebook and gave it a try. I have psoriasis and it has always been difficult to find a product to shave my legs !
On first use of this shaver I am very impressed ! It shaved the hair without cutting any raised skin areas !
The fact that it is rechargeable is a bonus and so compact I can easily just pop it in my bag if I need to go anywhere.

Terrible service smart shaver

I ordered 2 shavers, the first shaver didn’t work, sent a email asking for a refund and saying I would send the items back as I didn’t want to give the other one as a present as it’s rubbish . I received a email from Alicia who asked me to send a short video. Told me I had it on wrong, I emailed back saying do you think I am a idiot and don’t know when a item isn’t working and not fit for purpose . Again I asked for a refund. Again the request was ignored and said a replsymrnt would be sent out. I recieved 3 blades no shaver. Again I emailed asking for a refund and again was ignored and asked to send a video again . I am really frustrated with this company . I just want my refund which I’m entitled too

The foil head for short hair doesn’t seem to work too well but the other head is really good and does the job in no time

Avoid!

Avoid!

Was sent a faulty shaver. Emailed within the 30 day guarantee they advertise on there website (which is clearly not true) a few emails back and forth with Ava about a refund, even sent a video of the faulty shaver. Now my emails are being ignored. I then read more reviews of similar situations with other people.

You are scamming people if you do not honour people's rights by giving the refund they are entitled to. You cannot advertise this on your website then deny people.

I wrote a review last week which they responded to apologizing and stating a new shaver has been sent out (not a refund) an I emailed this week to follow up and have been ignored. 3 emails ignored now....

I do not want another shaver I want my refund which I am entitled to.......
