Quick and easy little shaver
Just used my smartshavy for the first time, it was quick to charge and very easy to use. Much faster and easier than the trimmer i had been using before. The blades are easy to change, just push from the back. Highly recommend.

It was very easy to use. It's size was comfortable and easy to hold. As an older woman having a stroke I couldn't hold on to things well. This was comfortable and I didn't drop it once. Will purchase again in future.

Do not buy from this company absolutely shocking. I ordered the smart shave waiting weeks for it to come. It eventually came and was faulty. I contacted customer service was asked to provide a video which I did. Was told that on close inspection the head was on the wrong way. I have turned the head and it still doesn’t work.
I have requested a refund and I’ve been told no. I’m now seeking further action as I’ve never dealt with such an appalling company. With a fault product everyone is in tiled to a refund.
Stay away and don’t buy

I’ve had my Smartshavy a short period of time. It charged once and since then states charged but doesn’t work. The head for shorter hair is the biggest con, advertised as laser but does nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Save your money as it’s a complete con.

awful product, doesn’t work
Received today, absolute WASTE of money. The heads are not the easiest to get off which resulted in me getting cuts on my fingers. The light comes on when in contact with skin but the shaver doesn’t do anything. After seeing really good reviews about this I decided to try it but now wish I hadn’t. DO NOT bother buying this, I highly doubt you will be satisfied. Really do not recommend!!!

Razor arrived fine
Razor arrived fine . It’s ok . 1 part (the bit that’s meant for the very short hair) does absolutely nothing from what I can see 👎🏼. The trimmer attachment is fine and does work . Not easy to change the attachment heads as I’ve gave myself 2 sore cuts in the process. So overall , it’s ok . Would I recommend- not really :-(

To change or replace heads, place your thumbs on the back of the Smartshavy (the blank side). Push gently toward the front in an upward motion. The head will separate from the body. It is really compact and easy to use. Love how it has transformed my shaving routine. On occasions got waxing done. Love this compact process no more waxing for me. Love how it lights up to provide more visibilty. All in a love tbis

I love my smartshavvy, it doesn’t give me the usual shaving rash I get, so makes me feel more comfortable when going swimming, it’s small and compact for me to take on holiday with me!

Doesn't even work. The product is a scam. Doesn't even shave 🪒 the head is faulty and even if you get replacement heads it still does not do the job. I've chucked mine away as it's rubbish.

The Delivery was slow and I explained I was going on holiday and it arrived straight away. Very pleased with the help I got and the shaver is brilliant 🤩 lovely smooth skin and no rash or soreness at all !! Would highly recommend.
