Never doubted this agency, although I was an inexperienced surrogate. Walked me through every step of the way and stayed in touch. This agency has been experienced in all aspects of the fertility journey. I had international IP’s as a first time surrogate, So there were challenges. Smart Surrogacy made it comfortable and I knew I could trust the follow through including Legal, insurance and every aspect. I plan on taking my second journey through Smart Surrogacy and know that I will be supported and they will have my best interests.

Amber is a delight. I made many calls and she was the only one who didn’t take money upfront, which made the process less intimating. She was also not backed up one year due to the pandemic. Amber is very efficient, a hard worker, who is very available, and understands what you are going through. She also does her research and is very knowledgeable (she has been doing this for years), and is very ethical. The cornerstone of her business is forming a relationship with you, whether you are an Intended Parent or a Surrogate. She is also, and this was confirmed by New Hope Fertility in NY, extremely fast and good at making matches with Intended Parents and Surrogates. I honestly don’t know how she does her magic, especially during the pandemic where there is a Surrogate shortage. I highly recommend her to any Intended Parent or Surrogate who wants to work with an ethical and kind person that sees and deals with you as a human being. Cheers!

I am working with Amber in two areas. The first to become a surrogate myself and the second is in taking care of newborns who are born via surrogacy and are unable to go home yet.

My surrogate journey has been amazing so far. I was matched quickly and just finished my medical clearance (waiting on the clinic to confirm eligibility) before we enter legal. After legal we will be transferring and I am so excited for that.

Having the trust of parents and Smart Surrogacy to take care of their most precious gift is humbling and I couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity to love and take care of them. I am a mother myself and I understand how hard this must be for parents who are missing so much. I take a ton of videos and pictures so they don't miss out and Smart Surrogacy helps facilitate weekly calls so they can check in and see their baby. Smart Surrogacy and I also help with gathering the needed documents to get these babies home as quickly as possible. I just completed my first ever journey. I had a great experience overall! Amber was always available to answer any questions I had, or to help me with anything I needed. My journey was very unique in the fact that I matched with my IP’s in March of 2019, and did not transfer until December of 2020. It was very important to my IP’s to have the baby born at a specific time, and they asked if I would be willing to wait- and I agreed. (But that is a story for another day!)

Everything in my journey went pretty smoothly. I was matched within about 2 weeks with a wonderful family. I was only presented with IP profiles that were appropriate for me, and I felt like Amber really took the time to listen to me when we discussed what I was hoping for in a potential match. After matching, we sailed pretty quickly and efficiently through medical and legal and then it was just waiting for transfer day! After obtaining full medical and legal clearance there wasn’t much going on for a while because of the fact that my IP’s wanted transfer to happen at a very specific time, but Amber always stayed in contact with me and checked on me frequently during that time. After transfer, things continued to go smoothly. I was always paid on time, and so were all of my medical bills.

I felt very supported by my agency throughout my entire journey, and I never felt as though I was just a business deal. It was a very personal experience from start to finish, and I will absolutely be using Smart Surrogacy for my next journey as well.

Looking at my baby now, I feel so blessed, grateful and abundance of happiness within my heart. My life is complete now. I am so thankful towards my GC Tiffany, nope, she is not just my GC now. I will prefer to call her my friend or even my extended family. She is one of us now.

When I first interviewed Tiffany, I knew she was the one. It is just that I didn’t expect how well we will get along with each other. Tiff keeps me constantly updated on my baby wellbeing and she takes good care of her. I feel assured that she is in good hands and through our interaction, we have soon come to establish a bond.

Accompanying her during the 27hrs of labour has strengthened our bond and finally seeing our baby born, the pain, the joy and the ups and down, it is as though we were in this together. I am grateful that she allows us to be there throughout the delivery.

Our baby is now healthy and she has another aunt to love her, Aunt Tiffany !

On a side note, I need to express my thanks to Amber. She is not just a coordinator but also a friend who understands, who shares our struggles and joys, who is always there to look out for us. She makes everything seems so much easier and she even goes out of her way to help us. Even at odd hours or even during her holidays. If anyone is about to embark on their journey, don’t hesitate and just engage Smart Surrogacy. I’m sure It will be the wisest decision you ever make !

I have been working with the a little over a year and Amber has been amazing! She’s always available even when she’s not! My transfer is next month and I’m soooo excited! I tried multiple places and they are very judgmental and degrading..
