Love the products and wonderful customer service!

Neumann and Bennetts bumpers are Awesome. I really like that they are made in the USA and toxic free.

Well, so far, so good. Since this is your second request for a review and I've had my heated hose for a whole week already, I feel well qualified to report that water has successfully flowed through it for the entire week. It has been plugged in to its thermostat and hasn't shorted out or electrocuted anyone (yet), and since water flowed continuously even though temps dropped below 30 twice, I assume that the controller works well, too. Since we're in Montana I'd recommend that you check back, say, around the end of January and then maybe I can report on some real experience other than the fine delivery service (UPS).

Faulty heated hose and thermostat promptly replaced , ordered 2nd hose as a backup . Delivered as promised. Will try product later this year when temps are below freezing . Last years hose worked well until late spring when it stopped functioning .

Purchased and used the frost free hose last winter in Tennessee, it worked fine but I did have to shelter the connections to prevent my ground fault from tripping . Thereafter it worked fine until the last cold snap in the spring when the hose froze . I returned it and the thermostat and just received a free replacement of both , I also purchased a second hose as an ounce of prevention as we will be full time rving again this winter . Very pleased with the overall performance and prompt pleasant conversations and response with customer service . It is a sturdy well built product !

Made in the USA. Had a shipping issue and it was handled immediately with no issues.

Everything from ordering to receiving went perfect. It was an easy process with ordering on their website with quick confirmation and notification of delivery. I received my decoys in a timely fashion, and they are beautiful! I can't wait to get them wet.

I installed Solar for 18 years and this product appears well-designed and was easy to install.

From order processing-shipping all was very good considering other companies are having huge shipping delays due to the COVID issues.

Ordered garden hose reversing kit. Received 1/8 male pipe to 1/8 tubing connectors. Emailed the seller and never got a response. Had to reorder from someone else.

I ordered 10 or so training bumpers. Had them less than a week, found holes from the factory in them as well as valves falling out...high quality rubber is the saving grace.

They seem well made and saved me from reversing my whole garden hose system. I was installing a garden hose filter that needed to run in a specific direction. Instead of having to move all my garden hoses around, I bought these and installed my filter.

Some of the bumpers were to hard and would be dangerous to have a dog fetch.

For the price and the quality you cant beat theses bumpers.ill be buying all my bumpers for dog training from smarttech.just getting ready to order more.
