After reading the reviews on this site I panicked and worried that I had made a mistake in ordering from smartuply but I am immensely impressed with the whole process. Yes I did have to return the item because it was not as advertised but the refund was made within 5 working days. I did follow all the instructions and also used recorded delivery. I would definitely use this company again.

This company does not deserve to get 1star rating! So little information to be found on the internet regarding this company, I ordered the blood pressure bracelet and what arrived in the post is simply crap, no invoice, no return address, a user Manuel that is not legible!! I have been trying in vain to fill out their automated refund form but it’s not accepting my order number so unable to return goods! Anyone reading this can you help with any information about this Smartuply Company !!

This is a follow-up from my previously posted review of 8/4/19, still no response from smartuply and I have now contacted action fraud UK agency as this is surely a fraud. these people have to be stopped before many others are scammed by these people.

Initially had problems but they did sort it out.
Ordered a black blood pressure bracelet from this company. What came was a purple bracelet.
I contacted them three times but no response. Eventually I opted for their automated product return. Even though the mistake was theirs I still had to pay for postage. I requested that the postage be refunded but again no response. UPDATE: Weeks later they contacted me explaining about their email problem. They then refunded my £4. They still need better customer service.
This company needs to understand what fast customer service is.
Worst than bad do not order
Worst than bad do not order . Tried to sort out an order that got returned to by Yodel to get reshipped but no joy did not want to know even stopped responding to my emails. If they bother to read this the order number was 13893935.
Do not buy from Smartuply!
Made a purchase two weeks ago and then realised I didn't require the device. I tried to contact the company the same day by email. No response. Have continued to try contacting them for two weeks without success. Returned the device one week ago, with proof of postage. Still no contact, no refund. Will give it a couple more days and then seek legal action/formal complaint.
I'm sure they won't read this or if they do they still won't get in touch with me.
