Convenient to use in the gym, when travelling or at home

Easy to carry. Overall a great experience

I purchased the smartworkout elite kit (165kg) I am satisfied with equipment looks strong and sturdy but the mobile app experience is horrible, I installed (SmartWorkout ENG) and registered with a valid email as instructed but the app doesn't even show the navigation bar to navigate between training and tracking, I tried thrice but not able to do anything other than seeing the training videos in the app. I wrote an email to app development team did not even get an acknowledgement email in response, i have no hope that they would solve this issue.

It is great to finally find a proper resistance tubes set . I have been training resistance bands since 2008, tried many different kits during this years and you are definitely among my winners. Actually I can equal you to Bodylastics which it has proven to be the leader in the market. Smart workout is high quality. I got the kit recently so I will post again in three months. Hopefully in that period I will not have to use the warranty and if I have I'll keep you posted. At this point I highly recommend Smartworkout. 👍🏼

After only few months of saltuary use that was always in line with the indications of the list of guided exercises within the provided app, the elastic band just snapped. After asking a few questions, their support told me that I was eligible for the sostitution of the defective band due to their "lifetime" guarantee policy. What they fail to mention is that you have to pay for a shipping fee (6€) that costs almost as much as the new band (9.90€). Honestly,given that the packages they offer are quite expensive based on the supposed extreme high quality of materials, an elastic band is supposed to last more than just a bunch of months. You also have to pay for more than 60% of the band cost on your own if you want a replacement, doesn't look like a real guarantee to me. Wouldn't repeat the experience and would suggest to buy cheaper bands given the real quality of the materials.

edit 25/11/2024: the customer support replaced the faulty band and provided an extra one for spare at their expenses. So far excellent customer experience, I would reccomend at least giving a try if you are interested in elastic bands.

Before I got the SmartWorkout Elite Set, I had no idea how much of a difference training with elastic bands makes to lifting or pushing weights. It's way easier on the joints, you can travel with your gym, and the effects are the same.
The SmartWorkout experience is amazing - the hardware is quality, and the accompanying app is easy to use and has all the lessons you need at least for a while (and 5€ more buy you a full program you could probably use for years).
I don't regret that I didn't let the less favorable reviews disencourage me.

The equipment is very well made, and looks like it will last. I have only used it once but it was easy to use and the videos on the app were easy to follow

Love using bands on cardio days. Always feel cheated on these days if I don't do some weight training or resistance work. These fit right in. And if I can't make the gym and go stronger bands, you can't cheat the lift. With free wieghts for example curls the last few reps you use your body to help get bar bell up, bands you can't, it's only the muscles your working that work.

The equipment is very good quality I can't fault that , and regarding the versatility probably the best out there . I purchased the elite then a few days later the smart press . I have been using you tube for the guidance, watched these guys a few times to get an idea how things worked . One really excellent video in English the rest are in french but I got the basics just by watching them ( if you could do a smart press you tube clip in English it would be great) I am probably one of the more senior owners of your product , which I have purchased to maintain muscle tone , and maybe impress the good lady wife ! You never know lol .

I ordered this resistance bands as an alternative to my adjustable dumbells, which takes time to prepare. I find this equally effective at muscle workout, but is much easier to use.

It is just exactly what I wanted

I love the versatility and quality of the equipment. I am able to create a great home workout and there is plenty of resistance to get a great workout (it will be sometime before I can max out with the extra bands ordered). The app provides the basic movements and training plans but this is an area that could be enhanced in the future. I'd like to see some way of incorporating resistance data into the app and getting more consistency in my workouts to track progress (Some sort of tension meter would be great with load applied to movement).

Equipment is constructed well with solid materials. Bands are hard wearing and have impressive tension.

Really impressed!!! With the kit I can do every single excercise without buying lots of equipment. I was sceptical at first worried about the quality of the bar and bands but there really solid. I I have smart workout press aswell, bit disappointed there is no app for it at present. Apart from that it’s great!!!!

Only just started using the SmartWorkout equipment but so far I have been very impressed! The quality of the bands and the rest of the equipment are excellent and the variety of exercises available and suggested on the app are wide. As a busy dad of two and working full time, I’m really hoping they will help me on my fitness journey as a more convenient and quicker alternative to the gym.

The equipment seems really well made and the amounts of exercises you can do with them are huge. Good value for money. Was missing one accessory that was swiftly shipped out after emailing support with was great.

The only negative is the app is fairly rubbish. Given not many people have experience with resistance bands the app should be an integral part. The free workouts seem ok but the paid one is 6 weeks long and then that’s it. It tells you how much resistance to use without knowing anything about your current strength. Some were too easy and some I could barely do one rep on the second set.

The app really lets this product down as without a proper routine and ability to record it (the recording section is in a different part of the app so it’s cumbersome to record as you workout) it’s really just guesswork. Hopefully the update that’s been promised for months now actually resolves the issue else I will be getting a refund.

The equipment all seems well made and decent quality. I can take the kit on holiday with me, and it packs away neatly at home when I'm not using it. The app has a comprehensive list of exercises and shows how you can use the bands to achieve them. The basic programmes give you some idea of what weight and reps to start with. I've managed to get my son and my wife using the bands, I just shared the link for the app and they could find out all they needed to know.

Perfect experience from start to finish. Delivered on time when stated, and the quality of the equipment is excellent, as are the exercises and training plans on the Smart Workout app. I am really enjoying my experience so far, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Smart Workout to anyone who is looking to improve their fitness levels with resistance training at home.
