I absolutely love my SmartWorkout equipment and the workout app! This is great for people like me who get social anxiety at the regular gym, and I don't feel like I'm not lacking anything in my workout routine with SmartWorkout. 5/5 from me.

These bands are brilliant. I have been going to the gym for over 10 years and decided I wanted to switch it up. I bought these bands after a lot of consideration and have now been running a body part (bro split) 5 days a week for a couple of weeks. I’m honestly blown away. The variety of exercises I have at my disposal are phenomenal and more than I had access to in a crowded public gym. I ordered the elite package with handles, anchor, and extra bands. Honestly though I think anyone would be hard pressed to use full resistance. If you’re on the fence just do it, you will not be disappointed. Quality on point, workouts on points, customer service on point, and delivery within 48 hours on point.

Excellent bit of kit which is good quality and hugely versatile. With kids and a 14 hour work day getting to the gym is near on impossible. This makes the workout happen.

SmartWorkout saved me, i bought 1 year ago a similar product from Eztoned, the Ezbar. I haved to wait 1 entire year for receiveing the product from Eztoned and the quality was really bad, the bar has bent so i haved to buy another one, i decided to buy it from Smartworkout (i bought the SmartWorkout Elite Pack) and i received it in only 3 days, the quality is 100 times better than the Ezbar and the price was even lower. I definitely recommend purchasing from SmartWorkout, they saved me!

Ordered with ease and great delivery communication and swift service. The app is good even for a beginner with excellent walk through videos. Quality is spot on of all the parts. Just completed my first week.

I was pretty sceptical about buying these but they've arrived I'm on my 2nd session and feeling the burn just like going to the gym! Great bit of kit and definitely worth the money! The apps great for sessions working on certain muscle groups! 100% will recommend

My customer experience has been top notch. The bar I got from the pack had a issue and I made a complaint. The team not only sent me a new bar but also added 2 extra resistance bands as compensation. Im beyond impressed really. The resistance bands are a really great workout equipment and very helpful particularly for a person like me who hardly finds time for the gym

I hated the app - it keeps breaking all the time. Would be great to have a way to track repetitons and load as well, to measure progress and keep us motivated.

Im new to this so just starting with low resistance and building up. Like the videos to show you how.

I had a small issue with Smartworkout which they very quickly resolved to my satisfaction

First, I am not a person with a great sport attitude. Weak body, I've never had nice results physically-wise. I just experienced poorly many different sports and a few years of gym.

I'm now close to my fifties, and I need to train a bit with many timing constraints because of my job. SmartWorkout is a great option. The app is a bit slow but full of nice tips and clear explanations, but the best part is the materials. Great stuff, well assembled and produced, nice to use, and easy to replicate all the crucial body exercises. Using it is a real pleasure.

The customer care is very very nice, and helpful.
I recommend buying immediately more bands and the anchor. I made the mistake of not saving the shipment with the first order, buying the basic set. But as far as this stuff is great I immediately decided to buy what I miss. Paying shipment twice.
DON'T DO MY MISTAKE.
Nevertheless, the customer service helped me with a 10% discount for this second order. Amazing guys.

I can just recommend this kit. A really beautiful surprise that helped me to tackle my goals!

Worth the investment.

I can't remember how I came across smart workout, but it was during my search for getting equipment for home workouts. I was looking for a peace of equipment that could help aid all the moves I was doing at the gym, but at home. This ticked all the right boxes!

I did my first workout today and was pleasantly surprised. Although it's not actually weights your lifting, it does feel like you are! And these bands are perfect.

The only thing I would say is that I am having issues with the app closing itself, but there are YouTube videos I can go and watch if I need to.

It's okay but basic factors let it down. App keeps crashing and you can't just return to the session exercise it takes you back to the menu. Exercises could be better laid out to avoid having to continuously change the bands which is a pain and interrupts the flow of exercise.
The videos also show a nice carry bag for the kit but you actually get a cheap and nasty little nylon plimsoll bag.

Quality product though could do with more instructions, app information etc

Great product, I'm just a little disappointed that the elite package doesn't include the separate bench press attachment.
I have to pay another £40 on top.

The switch to the resistance bands has been a game changer for me. I like going to the gym, but I often push myself harder than I can handle and end up injured. With the bands, apart from working out in home, thus saving a lot in gym fees, the risk of injury is minimal, and I have been able to continue risk free, while still pushing myself to the limit. I would totally recommend them to anyone.

Great product and service recovery after Royal Mail lost my parcel in the Christmas rush.
