How long does it take to come mine hasn’t arrived yet

I have used the Smart Workout system this morning in an hotel after an hours run and it is brilliant. The resistance is excellent as is the quality of the product. I have most of the well known gym systems but this is by far the best.

Very good value for money. Good quality equipment. The app is easy to use and although only early on I'm finding the workout plans very good. Won't know fully until I've used for a few months, but at the moment it's 10 out of 10 for me 👍🏻

Fantastic quality and amazing variety of exercises. I'm blown away by how good the content is on the app. They arrived within 2 days and I could tell how well they were made as soon as I opened the box. Brilliant product! And all underpinned with great Comms and updates on the package. Super professional. I can't wait to get started with this set. Exciting!

Great quality equipment, very useful and easy to follow plans on the app. The delivery was fast and so was the response from customer services when I had some questions.
It’s been a game changer for someone like me who doesn’t like gyms and prefers home workouts.

Using the resistance bands leaves you feeling that muscles are targetted and joints not put under pressure. Easy to set up and get started each session, hooking up bands is far easier than adding discs etc... I really like them...

I've received the elite band, the box includes a bill that states the box should include the elite box as well as the 45kg addon bands. They forgot to include the 45kg addon bands.

Update: I was asked via mail to send a video. I have sent them videos showing the boxes I received. I have since received confirmation my bands are on the way. Good service!

The company will not refund me o replace the order.

After several conversation with them, the company has agreeed to give me a solution. I am grateful to you.

I have to say that in the end the Customer Service team has been very considerate and attentive to my case and I am happy with them.

I've been wanting to go to the gym for a while now, but unfortunately it doesn't fit into my weekly schedule.... It's sometimes hard to motivate myself at home and Smartworkout has helped me! Not only the good equipment but also the app as it comes with a pre-made workout plan. I hope the app will continue to be developed. The extra 5 euros for Smart Gain was also totally worth it. In my opinion, the tracking section can be a bit clearer. Super product and fair price, when you think about the fact that with the registration fee + monthly fee, you are out 100 euros in the first month in the gym. Thank you

After using the Smartworkout, there are some things I’d like to share.

The kit allowes to have to have a complete workout and hit every muscle group. The app helps with that. Not much space needed to train.
There is less soreness than with weights, so I can train every day and no stress on joints (shoulders, knees etc).
Lastly, the personnel is very helpful and quick to respond. Five out of five product and service.
