Started off really well but recently it’s been showing 4G/5G but not actually connecting to the interne. Have to connect to WiFi to receive any messages.

Very easy to see what i have used and spent for the month app really easy to use .Good connection value for money low cost high use ,price per month so much better than other service's .my husband and I very happy 😄

Smarty is cheap, easy to use and reliable with no price hikes unlike other companies.
The only issue is the Three network isn't as good as EE but then you're paying twice the price for the occasional signal issues that crop up with Three.
5G in Wales? Forget it... 4G at best.
You get what you pay for, and I'm happy with that.

Moved from 3 after my contract ended in March and it was the best move. I was recommended Smarty by a friend and I couldnt be happier. Smarty have saved me over £60 a month. It was so easy to move and to port my number across. Would recommend them to anybody.

The worst mobile phone company I have ever dealt with. They send you round and round their complicated dashboard procedures for opening an account and ordering 2 SIM cards.
The agent I contacted was useless and seemed unaware of how to assist with my questions.
Eventually I gave up with Smarty. I contacted another mobile phone company the same day. Within 20 minutes I had opened an account with that company and the 2 SIM cards I requested on the same account were ordered.
I sent a full report of my experience to Smarty. That was a while ago and I have heard nothing further from them.

Worst company ever they attempt to take your money and then when you aren't able to pay it they just cut you off straight away with no warning. Worst company ever. Have now blocked payments going to them from my bank and will not recommend them unless you want to get conned

Was a bit unsure at first as am old school and stuck to what and who I knew so was a BT stalwart.
A friend moved over to Smarty and found it worked for them so decided to give it a try especially as no contracts involved.
Pleased I made the move and now my wife has also moved over to Smarty as well.
For me, they have good customer service levels, and you cannot argue that the prices against my BT contract show me a monthly saving.

Well, for a start, I don’t like change. But changing to SMARTY made it such an easy experience even I could do it easily. I was so worried about changing because I do rely on my phone quite a lot living alone a lot of the time I thought I may have signal problems but I’d like to report. I have had absolutely 0
Thank you so much, SMARTY for giving me the confidence to change other things instead of being an old stick in the mud Thank you again .

Coudn't get eSim to work but plastic sim works great. Living near the sea reception is surprisingly good both indoors and outside for calls and data. Smarty dasboard is nice touch. Referral system rewards work, plus monthly confirmation that payment taken (and contract is active). Help desk was very supportive when I needed it and no price rises.
