Really pleased with my smarty mobile…

Really pleased with my smarty mobile deal. It has saved me a lot of money as only paying £7.00/month (sim only) where I was paying £32.00/month on 3 contract. No issues with signal and have used it all round the country! Would highly recommend.

Five star service…

So easy to set up the account and transfer from my old provider was effortless.
Great communications system with monthly reminders of when the bill is due ,with confirmation of when the payments have been made.

New User - Changing Recycled Number

When I first signed up to Smarty, I signed up with a new number. That number seemed to be a previously recycled number as I was receiving texts addressed to someone else and had trouble signing up for various accounts as that number had previously been used. I hopped on the Chatbox and spoke with Abdul. He was extremely helpful and offered to provide me a new number and walked me through the steps to have this changed. I ran into a few issues (user error on my end) but Abdul patiently helped me navigate these issues. Massive shoutout to Abdul from the customer care support team - you're doing a fantastic job!

Can not get on trust pilot all day…

Can not get on trust pilot all day yesterday day before nothing working day before that on Sunday could not use trust pilot site again the children are suffering again they are being targeted grooming Gang phoning from smarty network again targeting children no phone calls working no internet working children being groomed and
targeted every day someone is trying to get rid off people's children from this network

Some one from smarty mobile network is targeting rapping and destroying these children in UK nothing working at all and always paid bill in full the bill as to be paid upfront these children don't deserve any off this treatment we can not make any calls or send a text no internet.

Why is smarty network doing this to children can you report smarty we need to save the children as quickly as possible they need reporting to government directly.
We can't phone government numbers we can't phone doctors or hospital we can't phone east Lynsey district council government again we have never from day one be able to phone 999 as never worked and 101 as never worked can't phone school groups never can't use trust pilot it's a fighting battle every time.

But the criminals have got full access .
Network off again today no network again today was with an agent from government in same room as a smarty customer nothing to do with us at all working perfect our under age girls cut off completely couldn't phone doctors no one again on 21 may. most off day not working again it proves that children are being targeted by network

Excellent service with a rigid plan policy

Service is excellent and value for money is worthwhile, but you can't buy a new plan even when your current plan has less than a week to finish with less than 2GB remaining on it. You can only buy add ons that will expire at the same time with your plan making you spend more. It should be very flexible. Every other thing is 💯 perfect.

Good deals but not good solving problems

My experience with smarty is good but please get a telephone line so people can speak to resolve issues instead of chat which can take a good while especially if your needing urgent answers or problems to solve. Very poor way of customer service chat line only
