A difficult start due to my mistake but the team who help customers with medical problems were fantastic in resolving the issue. Such a treat to be able to speak to a real person in simple terms. Now the SIM card is up and running we have had no problems at all and I highly recommend this company - thank you!

Its great value i have a£20 data sim a £8 phone sim and my husband has a£7 phone sim and we get everything we could want
I had some issues when i first started but they were sorted out to our satisfaction
We live in an area which has a lot of server problems but yours has been great so far

Knowing our Elderly parent is alright
Knowing our Elderly parent is alright, and we can be straight there if they need us is so much better . Being called out at all times of day ,due to the Careline saying they had a Alarm,to find she was sat watching TV or asleep was frustrating, now we look at the Camera and we know if we are needed and they are safe .

Been with them for a few years now. No problems at all. Needed to contact their customer service for advice on using my phone abroad and they were terrific.
Lots of price plans to choose from.
I'd highly recommend them.
