Reasonable price and an easy transfer…

Reasonable price and an easy transfer from my old provider. I was able to use my data roaming in Europe which was very useful.

Fantastic Service from Akash in Customer Care

I've just been supported by Akash in. your customer care team on the web chat and they were so friendly and helpful.

There was a technical problem with signing up to SMARTY, which at first felt like a frustrating start. But Akash was able to raise a ticket, get my eSIM sorted and even gave me a small goodwill gesture as an apology for the delay.

This completely turned my morning around from frustration to relief and that's all thanks to Akash's fantastic customer service - keep up the great work!

Easy to set up & use

Easy to set up & use, very economical for the purpose used for & easy on the mind as Smarty renews the monthly contract by direct debit. Service been good so far & trust it will continue as it will put all the major suppliers under pressure to cut their charges

Value for money 5* practicality and…

Value for money 5* practicality and ease of use not so. I waited to long for the SIM to arrive and I have 4 Sims in use but can't get the bills out on the same day they're all over different dates .

I have been happily with Smarty but....

I have been happily with Smarty of some years but I am being forced to change because ther is NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM FOR HELP!!!

I just keep getting "Error The messaging service did not load. Please try again later." I have been trying this for several weeks.- and other messages similar or just no loading.They have £32 in extra Data cash but i cannot get access to it! i have reset my phone several times and changed slots for the SMS card but nothing works.. There is nothing smart about MIND OVER MATTER! SMARTY doesn't mind and customers don't MATTER! Until you don't have any customers, of course!!!!

Having been assured I would get a good…

Having been assured I would get a good signal, unfortunately that is not true in my case.

I have a Data sim to use in a Mifi router.
When it is connected I get a tick on the left and a cross on the right. It is impossible to use a smart tv with this sim.
