Shipping takes long, intransparent about shipping times.
Shipping takes ages. Ordered a padel racket 7 days ago. The supposed delivery was to be the 6th of Jan. The order was given on the 1st of Jan. It’s now the 7th and the status still reads “on delivery to shipping center”
It’s been unchanged for multiple days. After contacting support on the 5th, I was guaranteed that my parcel would be shipped out within a “couple of hours”
2 days later no change.
I’ve messaged them again. This morning I was told that the parcel had arrived in their warehouse and they’re waiting for final delivery. Until this noon 7th Jan 7pm no change.
Instead of being transparent about shipping times (perhaps weekend and no work on the weekend) and shipping problems (which I could understand and not be annoyed, it’s out of their control) they reassure you, that your package will get sent out “any moment now”

Final edit: gotta leave it to DPD. Received the package after 13 days from this slow start. DPD got it to me in 2 and a half days. So the real champion was DPD. 13 days for a racket to come. (Shipping took 2 and a half days) I’m wondering what you guys did the other 11 and a half days.

Don’t bother with this company. The processes are bad, I kept having automated messages.

Hi!
I placed an order on 30th nov 2025 (order no: 64262899) and then returned one item on 14th Dec 2025 (Return no 6892886). Looks like the parcel reached your warehouse or it's on the way. Last status that I got for it is on 21st Dec. Since then I have not received any confirmation of anything nor the refund.
I have reached to you multiple times but all I got was automatic responses. I have paid for the returned and shipped it and I find it unacceptable to wait so long for the return!
Please, prioritise solving this as soon as possible!

Poor Delivery Service
I placed an order for a NOX padel racket with Smash Inn on 19th January 2026, with an expected delivery between 22nd and 26th January. The tracking is not very clear / it hasn't updated since my parcel has been sat in one location for 4 days now. Smashinn padel is great for prices but seems to disappoint in delivery timelines. I would maybe hesitate on buying from here just because you don't know when your order will arrive and the communication through the messaging portal is very slow. Royal Mail tracking number says they have not received my parcel so I am expecting my order to take at least another 2 days which means at the earliest it will be the 28th January by the time my order arrives. Not ideal.

I ordered a pair of trainers two weeks…
I ordered a pair of trainers two weeks ago and still haven’t received any delivery information.
The trainers were supposed to arrive a few days after I placed the order, which was important for me so I could continue with my sport.
I have contacted customer support several times to ask for help, but they keep saying that the delivery will arrive soon, which is simply not true.
I have requested a full refund, but the company is ignoring this request and only repeats that the delivery is about to happen.
At this point, I am not even sure what I am supposed to do.

These and the applicable customs fees are automatically billed separately by the shipping company; please contact them as they handle this process.
That is why we point out on our product page (from where the item is placed in the shopping cart) and in the shopping cart that our prices do not include VAT and do not include customs duties (Switzerland, Norway etc.)
We point out on our homepage, in the terms and conditions and in the email of the order confirmation that our company is based in Spain.
In addition to the purchase price and the transport costs, you will also find the VAT stated as 0 on your invoice.

Slow Delivery (Web site lies)
Placed order 11th Jan (Delivery due 13th to 15th), as it was quicker than an Amazon seller for the same item ordered from Smashinn, Attempted delivery was not until Saturday 17th when no one was in to take delivery (Item was 'signed for' so could not be left in my parcel box!!), then had to redirect to a Post office for collection on Monday 19th. Item arrived intact in a box in a bag but no other padding to prevent damage. Customer service did not respond to my requests regarding my item delivery. Will not be using again.

Bad experience
Item advertised as size 12-14 (adult). Item arrived and was age 12-14. When company contacted, they would not accept responsibility and wanted to charge £11.99 just for return label.
In response to the companies reply, the product was wrongly advertised as a size 12-14 when in fact it should have stated that it was for a child aged 12-14 as per the label on the product. The item was therefore wrongly advertised and misleading as the product was ordered for an adult.

Ordered padel tennis trainers for my daughter for Christmas on the 11th of December from Smashinn at a cost of £71 estimated delivery on 22nd of December, no sign by today 23rd of December emailed and the response, they haven’t arrived into our warehouse yet??? Thanks for your understanding omg what??? I was understanding it would be here for Christmas, what a shambles they obviously had ran out of these trainers but took my money anyway and kept me hanging, hoping that they would deliver within 14 days, cancelled the order and had to fight the Christmas shoppers to find a last minute alternative, will not be dealing with this company again.
