Let me just start by saying that I was super impressed with their Customer Service. I made an error in my order and I called and they corrected it for me with no extra charge or issues. We received our ordered exactly how we wanted it. I will definitely use Smash It for all my future orders

I had ordered the wrong size equipment bag and I was able to return the wrong one and order a new one and I had the refund from the first bag before I even received the correct bag.

They make it difficult to return an item for refund!!! It's a hassle to return anything. and they want to charge a re stocking fee plus I had to pay for shipping both times. poor customer service.

I ordered a bat from them last week and paid for overnight delivery and I still don't have it yet. This is some bs. I should've went to Dick's Sporting Goods

I ordered their “bat break in service” and it was still in the wrapper when I got it. I highly recommend against using it. Get it done somewhere else waste of 30$

I ordered one of their roller bags and after ordering, realized it was the wrong one. I had to wait for the bag to come, which it did, and I never even opened it as I knew I was going to send it back. When I requested information on the company's return policy, they advised that I can send it back and as long as the tags are still in tact and it's in the original packaging, they will refund my money, minus a restock fee. I ended up having to pay for the return shipping ($60) and then was still deducted another $30 restock fee. I would advise against using this company unless you are absolutely certain you will keep the product you order. This kind of return policy in today's world just isn't up to par with other companies therefore, I would prefer to take my business somewhere else - and encourage you do the same.

VERY SHADY! Went in cart and automatically had $3.35 added for “route insurance”. Removed it, and kept adding it back the moment I began to scroll.
And why do they offer a 1-year warranty on a bat that already comes with a 1-year warranty??

I purchased a helmet and never got it. Spent 250. For them to tell me they can't and won't do anything to replace it or refund me. Instead they me offered 100.00 Off another item at 200 or less.

I ordered a helmet and paid for the 3 day shipping. I got an email that the helmet was out of stock. We agreed on another one, and I never got it. It's been a month and nothing has been resolved.

Ordered 2 dozen softballs, got them in 3 days. Very fast.

I recently ordered jerseys from Smash It Sports and it was a complete disappointment. The colors on the jerseys were wrong and faded, which was not what I had ordered. I had even sent detailed emails to management requesting the exact same jerseys as my previous two orders, but it seems like they cannot even read emails properly. The quality of the material was subpar and not up to the standards of my previous orders. Furthermore, the sizing was all wrong as well, which made the jerseys comically large. Players who ordered the same size as their last order were swimming in the jerseys. The customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful, which only added to my frustration.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are a small organization where every dollar counts. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere for future orders. If you're looking for a reliable and competent company, I suggest you avoid Smash It Sports like the plague.

I buy a bat Easton Reflex, the process is good no problem. The bat is not good for me, I wrote an review with 2 stars explaining the reason. I have 26 years playing softball and I expected much more from a bat of 349$ (I page 100$ but the suggested price is 349$) and went I look the page this bat have not reviews (I confirm to I wrote this review in a email link) maybe this bat had bad old reviews and they didn't publish them like they did me... I wrote they, to I want to buy another bat and don´t receive any answer (suggestion, discount, nothing... )

I spoke with Stacy because my order said delivered but it wasn’t she was rude, showed no empathy and hung up in my face. I then called back to ask to speak with a supervisor who was Paul he to in fact showed no concern about my issue. Spend your money else where. Once figured out I’ll be retuning the products because I do not support businesses that do not display respect to their costumers.

The advertisement was on point and caught my attention. It was informative and the products shown was actually available

I ordered a bat and it arrive within the time it should have. I had no issues at all.
