Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service! I was waiting for a month and got a damaged washer machine! Than I spent 2 weeks to convince the store to bring me another one. After 2.5 weeks waiting they brought me another defective machine! They even did not want to take it back! After another set of arguments a store promised to reimburse me and return my money back. Still waiting for and they didn't reimburse for delivery of damaged items. Terrible! I like SMEG butMolano store is the worse that you can imagine!
