They didnt smell at all. I poured the whole amount of oil on the bottom ball as recommended and nothing. Complete waste of money.

Just a heads up, our balls are designed to be reused, and if you prefer using your own fragrance oil, go ahead! They're made for multiple uses, so you can enjoy them over and over again. If you happen to encounter a problem with the fragrance oil, our customer service team will gladly send you a replacement.
Most would find the fragrance very overpowering after a full oil is dispensed so you must have a faulty oil. We appreciate your feedback. We want your experience with Smelly Balls to be top-notch, so let us know make it right for you!

Amazing product at the start, not so much now
Amazing product at the start however 2 months in the string has slowly melted in the heat and snapped with no way of re attaching. Devastated as I felt like I have wasted money on a potentially good product

We pride ourselves on using high-quality, Australian made fragrance oils. Typically, once you oil the balls, they should leave your car smelling great! And when they need a top-up, you just add more oil. They won't be like everyday air fresheners that you leave for 30 days, you still have to top them up, but that's what we love about them. You can use as little or as much as you like! So maybe try a little more oil on yours 💛
