Great service by great people. Very helpful all the time and answered all my questions and helped me through the repatriation process so we can give my father the best send off.

Honestly very kind people and service was very good they done everything family wishes to do for their loved ones who past away especially in Islamic ceremonies ways. It makes easy in such hard times when families are grieving. Thanks to all of them.

My experience with SM Funerals has been exactly what I needed when my Dad passed away recently. From taking a call at the early hours when he passed, to keeping me informed of every step of the process, and ultimately taking a lot of stress out of the whole situation.
For reference, he helped organise a Shia Muslim burial for my Iraqi father.

Our heart felt thanks and gratitude to S.M. Funerals Ltd for wonderfully fulfilling my dad's wishes to have a Muslim burial. It was evident from the smooth orchestration of events, the expertise of dealing with the coroner, the prompt booking of the burial, the ease of transportation of my dad's body, that their professionalism and experience is of a high level and for this my family are deeply appreciative.

I would particularity like to thank Dr S Mansour, as administrator, for his unfailing patience, understanding and consideration in his communications with me, both on the phone and via email in the ensuing weeks. Due to the banks delay in releasing my dad's funds we were financially held up. He was the consummate gentleman. At such a difficult and stressful time, to be able to have a warm personable response from admin, as opposed to a bot or efficacious bureaucrat, makes such an emotional difference. It has left me with a lasting positive impression with their funeral services, not just professionally, but on a personal level too. I highly recommend them.
