Smile Therapy Ultra sonic tooth cleaner - totally useless.
I purchased 2 x Smile Therapy Ultra Sonic Tooth cleaners.
It’s literally a crude curved piece of pointed metal which vibrates. It hammers your teeth to remove stains etc, it does nothing like it’s advertised to do. No stains removed. I am not confident it doesn’t damage the teeth either. It’s so rudimentary. The marketing well exceeds the product. I unpacked them both so couldn’t return even though I only used mine. Total waste of money. Don’t be fooled by the sparkly ads.

Dissapointing
I purchased water flosser in march 2026 , great product for 2months .then it stopped working . Smile therapy wanted me to send a video of fault ,which is a challenge due to my disabilities. It took 7 emails before they agreed i could send the flosser back by post at my cost.
My carer took a video as in this weather they didnt fancy standing in a queue at the post office so we sent the video then silence
I dont have an issue with their products when they work but their customer services is poor with very little focus on individual cases and more about whats best for the company
It would be supportive if others share their experiences when products fail
The response is incorrect i have sent the video of the product and i received confirmation . However no solution is forthcoming . Its unfortunate that smile feels saying sorry and validating my concerns is a sign of guilt rather then seeing it as a way forward .
