I recently completed my treatment with Smile Perfect (Smileie) and honestly, it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly easy to follow. The team was always friendly, supportive, and ready to answer my questions whether it was about fitting, progress, or aftercare. My aligners were comfortable, and I started noticing visible results much sooner than I expected. The instructions were clear, delivery was fast, and communication was great throughout my journey. Now that I’ve finished my treatment, my teeth look amazing — straight, clean, and exactly how I hoped they’d turn out. I feel so much more confident smiling again. I also appreciate how Smile Perfect genuinely cares about their customers, even after treatment. They continue to offer helpful advice and support, which really shows they stand by their work. I’d highly recommend Smile Perfect to anyone considering aligners because they’re affordable, reliable, and truly care about giving you the best result possible. A complete disaster of a company, false advertising and false guarantee.

I was suppose to have a minor 5 month alignment for my teeth to bring my lower teeth a bit straighter and my upper teeth slightly back, HOWEVER was I ended up with after almost 2 years was a terrible angled set of teeth both upper and bottom. Constantly trying to mitigate and say they will fix it but in the end they gave up after making my teeth 100% worse. Also to note their so called dentist are based in India and video call you from their bedroom, so let’s be honest these are not dentist but a scam.

DO NOT use this company , they also went bust in the UK to in order to drop all their failed clients and then reopen later on to start a fresh.

Smileie Australia has provided me with a wonderful experience through out my treatment. Not only has my treatment going exceptionally well so far, but any issues that I have had have been promptly resolved, by the incredible customer service team. Nicky has been a great help through out my entire treatment process, beginning at the delivery of my impression kit. I would 100% recommend Smileie for anybody who is looking to get invisalign. It works, the team is prompt, and the customer service is great! I’m very happy, and I’m glad I’ll be able to show that with a straight smile :)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This company is a disappointment—ineffective product and abysmal customer service. I completed the full treatment, but my teeth didn’t move at all. The aligners are flimsy, stretching out of shape within days and applying no pressure. After sending photos, they provided moulds for refinements, which I completed, but the same issue persisted. I requested a material change or solution to deliver their promised result (straight teeth), only to be told they couldn’t help but offered more refinements. I submitted new moulds, received confirmation they’d ship (screenshots attached), yet faced delays with no tracking info despite repeated follow-ups. They promised delivery the next day—never happened. Frustrated by ignored emails, I posted a bad review, prompting a response from Nicky threatening to withhold my already-made aligners unless I remove it (screenshots attached).
I started treatment in Australia, but it took four times longer than promised, causing my visa to expire and forcing me to relocate to the UK. They seem to think this is an acceptable reason to dish out faulty products without blame.
Save your money—positive reviews seem to come only from those starting, not finishing, the process.

Terrible Service and a Useless Product
My experience with Smileie has been an absolute disaster. I initially signed up for their aligner treatment expecting to see results within a few months. After completing the full course of treatment with no improvement, I agreed to try a second round of refinements. Those aligners were just as useless, failing to make any progress in straightening my teeth.

Reluctantly, I agreed to take new impressions for a third set of aligners, hoping for a resolution. After completing the moulds, I was told weeks ago that the aligners were ready, but Smileie has refused to send them or issue a refund for their utterly ineffective product. Their excuses and constant delays have been infuriating, and their customer service is a joke.

This company has wasted nearly two years of my time, along with significant money and effort, without delivering on their promises. The aligners don’t work, and their service is non-existent. If you’re considering Smileie, don’t bother. Their product is useless, their management is incompetent, and their customer service is downright disrespectful. Avoid them at all costs.
Edit: as they have responded to me on Google saying I’ve moved from aus to the U.K. and didn’t mention that at the start, the process was meant to take 5 months it’s now 2 years later, so if you plan on using them make sure you express your 5 year plan to them

I ordered aligners from this company well over a year ago. I have had braces in the past, but after many years my front two teeth had moved forward. I wanted to get aligners to push them back into place. I was initially interested because of the cheap price. I purchased aligners for 6 months of night time use. But the aligners have not fully pushed my tooth back into place. The company have sent me retainers since. Most of which have pulled on the wrong part of my jaw. It's been over a year and I still don't have the desired outcome. The company have stopped replying to my emails, I would save time and pay extra to go to reputable company.

Very affordable price and they always respond promptly to my emails. I am impressed by their continued professionalism throughout the process and excellent communication from my consultant Nicky. I highly recommend Smileie. I am nearly up to week four of wearing my aligners and I am also very pleased with the quality of them.

Terrible customer service, emails are almost impossible to understand due to incredibly poor English skills. The dentists were equally as difficult to understand but also very rude and abrupt. Information provided is very basic and doesn't really provide much assistance. I raised a concern about the poor quality of the materials as every single set of retainers failed to even last a week prior to breaking. This concern was completely ignored.

Amazing price and results. My son required over 24 aligners for his teeth and we still only paid the very low price advertised- which was so much lower than other online aligners. We did choose to get a 3D dental scan ($50) from our local dentist to get the best results. From ordering to delivery it was only approx. 2 weeks. And the results have been fantastic and fast, he is so much happier with his appearance. Now I've purchased them for myself and then my next son will get his. We could not have afforded to do this using an orthodontist and traditional braces, I can't thank Smileie enough. The whole process was affordable, easy to follow, quick to deliver and fast results.

Nothing was too much to ask. The administration and the dental team were amazing. I'm so glad I used Smileie.

Leaving a review here because this is the site I mostly looked at before buying, and all the reviews are from US customers so I was sceptical about the service in Australia, but I've had a great experience from start to finish. Great customer service, good delivery times, excellent quality of impression kit and final aligners. Nice little extras such as teeth whitening kit and the digital treatment preview too. Super affordable compared to competitors. Seems like they're still new to Australia but no less impressive!
