Clothes are very beautiful, of medium quality, but with an adequate price.

The only problem is that the return is subject to a fee, so unless you know the size (having already bought similar items) it is unsafe to try!

I have not received all the items, 1 item I have ordered apricot coloured but received white

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Smilejustlove, and it exceeded my expectations in every way! Firstly, what you see is exactly what you get - no surprises or disappointments. The quality of the items received matched the high standards as expected. The only thing to note is that the size runs a bit bigger; I'm 155 cm, and it's a tad roomy.

My order arrived well before the estimated delivery date, which added an extra layer of satisfaction to my overall experience. The packaging was secure, and the items were in pristine condition. If I spot something that suits my style, I'm in again!

The sweater is so cute, the material is also very comfy and the weight of the sweater is perfect for Fall!

I just found out this brand recently and gave it a try. I was surprised by the quality when I received them. They are stylist and good quality at the same time, and in afforable price at they stand for. I like how they have been really helpful in customer services even I sent multiple emails at the same time, the representative is really patience with me to solve my problem. Can't wait to buy again on Black Friday!

The quality of material and the stitching of the items I ordered was excellent .

I received my replacement delivered today, 2 out of 5. Issues last time was delivery not complete, size too small and no reply despite several emails.
Now the shop sending me replacement with bigger size ( per my request XXL this time ) BUT the two I received size is so small that can't be XXL. There is no way I can put it on.

Very disappointed, throwing my money into the sea, bad, very bad.

I'll never order from here anymore.

NEVER NEVER TRY AGAIN.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. SEND YOU WRONG ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED PARTIAL ITEMS. I TOLD THEM I DO NOT NEED THE OTHERS ITEMS TO BE SENT. SINCE THEY SENT IT TOO LATE AND NOT TOGETHER BUT THEY SEND IT ANYWAY AND DID NOT GET THAT MONEY REFUNDED. I WOULD GIVE THEM MINUS STARS IF I COULD.

I ordered 6 clothes, first time shipped only 3, 2nd time shipped only 1. Still missing 2 clothes, I had to request a refund instead of all the waiting and back and forth. Make sure you check your shipment to see if it matches with the order too.

The sweater was adorable but very small. I could not wear it unfortunately. The quality of the blouse was not as described and photographed online. Different color. Printing instead of embroidery.
I have reached out to try and return these items repeatedly. No response. WANT TO RETURN THESE ITRMS.

The shirt I ordered was completely different than the photograph, the style, pattern and fabric was not anything like the image, I was quite shocked at the difference. There was also nothing on the packaging that helped me know how I could return it.

The tracker does not work. I placed my order 2 weeks back and haven't received it. Was trying to see the status through tracker but it does NOT load

The color was so perfect. Ordered my usual size and it’s perfect. Will be buying additional colors. Not thin or thick, just right and soft. Perfect with jeans.

I cannot believe how soft it is! This is just as I expected it to fit and feel. It is medium weight - not flimsy but not a heavy - definitely more like a sweater. Love the color which is what shows in the picture (camel). I only gave it 4 stars for over-all rating because I not washed it yet. I hope it holds up.

The knitted top is so comfortable, and the material is so soft which is surprising for the price. It also fit well around the waist.It's so casual as I thought.And I will get the black color,too.
